I rented my scooter from Mango Scooter and everything worked perfectly! The booking process was simple, and the service was very friendly and reliable. What I especially liked was that they even offer a pick-up and drop-off service, which makes everything much more convenient. The scooter was in excellent condition and riding it was a lot of fun. They also offer many other services, which I think is really great. You can tell they put a lot of value on good customer service. I can definitely recommend Mango Scooter and would rent from them again anytime!

The price, service, quality, communication, and overall process were all incredibly smooth, which is exactly what you want while on holiday. Special kudos to Marlon, who went above and beyond. Not only did he rent me an excellent scooter but he also took the time to give me a few refresher lessons to help rebuild my confidence. He even picked me up from my hotel and dropped me off (despite it not being included), shared an interactive google map with all the best hidden local spots, checked in to make sure I was doing fine and was genuinely kind throughout the whole experience. Humm WOW!!! Where do I even begin? By far the best way to get around the Manuel Antonio area! Those off road scooters are just awesome...I went everywhere with it : on the beach, on secret trails and up the mountains for the best views and adventures! But that's not even the best part... Marlon!!! This guy is THE man. Always on the phone, ready to help, recommendations, secret spots, booking tours, getting you out of trouble, you name it. When you book the scooter for a couple days, he will first give you a scooter tour showing you all the spots, where to park and how to get to the more hidden areas. Then he gives you a PDF documents with ALL the best recommendations for restaurants, activities and places to go explore on the scooter. And like this isn't enough, you even get it on an interactive map on google! 110% worth every penny! Customer service at it's best. I was just looking for a easy way to get around, but I found the best adventures, I'm seeing so much more of this area then what I would get from searching the internet and tourist agencies! Best of all, I made a friend for life! Thanks Marlon! I will be back with friends ASAP! PS. This doesn't even give justice to how I'm feeling...I am so grateful. The universe gives back! Thank you.
