Moto Guzzi V85 TT Travel

Fantastic first experience with the rental shop! I rented the Africa Twin for a short weekend in the Périgord region, and everything went perfectly. The email support was very responsive regarding the security deposit authorization, which was initially difficult to process, and the problem was resolved within minutes. The pick-up and drop-off were convenient and self-service, just like an Airbnb rental. The motorcycle was clean and well-maintained! Tires, chain, brakes-everything was impeccable after inspection. Side cases, a top case, and a chain lock were included in the price, which is great! A few personal observations on potential areas for improvement: the parking lot lighting made it difficult to take clear, detailed photos from all angles to capture any minor damage already present during the initial inspection. I noticed that the motorcycle had apparently been dropped on its right side, and it would have been reassuring to have this information noted somewhere during my stay. I was worried the photos wouldn't be good enough and that I'd be blamed for previous damage I hadn't even mentioned (and to be honest, hadn't noticed) initially. Secondly, a small informational document about the different riding settings would have been a plus! Despite my experience with several Honda motorcycles, I wasn't able to quickly configure this one (and I couldn't be bothered to pore over the owner's manual). So sometimes it felt like I was in ABS-off mode on both roads and trails, and I wasn't able to fully explore the different riding modes. Luckily, the weather conditions were perfect, and I only rode on paved roads. A minor point, then, but a quick guide with the button functions would have been welcome. Thanks for this first experience! I'll definitely do it again, either with the same motorbike or to try out other models!

We rented a royal enfield interceptor from the rental shop and rode 1800 km through the Pyrenées on both french and spanish side. They were very responsive to our inquiries and very helpful. The moto works well as it was new (5600 km to start) and was well maintained. The motorbike was easy to pick-up and drop-off immediately from the train station. We would definitely rent from them again.

An incredible road trip thanks to the rental shop! I definitely had my best motorcycle ride ever thanks to them. In addition to their exceptional motorcycles, their rental system is incredibly simple. Kudos to them! I'll be back for future trips. Thank you!

Fantastic experience with the rental shop! I rented a Moto Guzzi V85 TT and everything was perfect. The motorcycle was in immaculate condition, ready to ride. The pick-up process via the chatbot was simple, quick, and very well organized. I had an excellent day riding this motorbike, a real pleasure! I highly recommend them!

At first, it was a bit unusual because I'm not used to this type of rental system, but honestly, 5 stars! Everything was perfect, from the booking process to picking up and dropping off the vehicle, and even the condition of the vehicle itself. I booked on a whim for a weekend trip to the Basque Country, and everything was perfect from start to finish. A couple of minor things: - The motorcycles aren't always clearly marked at the station. I picked up the wrong motorcycle at first (I hadn't read the license plate). There's actually a staircase separating two groups. Nothing serious, though. - My parking card wasn't working; I had to take a ticket to get in, which was quite strange. I tried several machines, and it kept saying the card was invalid, oddly enough. - I had trouble finding a phone number or customer service contact until after I'd picked up the motorcycle. A quick reminder before the rental would be perfect in case of any issues with the bot! Otherwise, it's absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future.
