My girlfriend and I rented a Honda XR in Hanoi and dropped it in Ho Chi Minh. We had an amazing trip and the rental process was very easy. The rental shop also sent our big bags separately for us. So we could just take a couple small bags on the back of the motorbike. The motorbike had a little issue nearing the end of the trip but everything was resolved. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience renting with the rental shop! The staff contacted me after a Facebook post explaining they could help me on my search for a motorbike to go from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi with my partner. We turned up the next day and their partner was there ready for us waiting with a beautiful Suzuki GSX150. They gave a lot of information about the company itself, and the motorbikes they rent. They offered an excellent price for my 1 month rental and added a new chain and new rear wheel before we took it the next day. While on the road we had no problems at all. The bag rack did end up breaking once just due to wear and tear but it took a 10 minute welding job at a little shop and all was good for the rest of the trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our experience and was always ready to help us with any queries or questions. In addition to this they also gave us a link to an app with all the fantastic spots to experience throughout the country that they had experienced themselves. I am extremely happy I rented with the rental shop and VERY happy with my experience 👍 I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good quality motorbike, with amazing customer service and an easy ride through the country with no stress. The rental shop will hook you up with lessons, guidance, maps of Vietnam, and whatever motorbike you want. The shop is very accommodating and will help you ship the motorbike back if you need to. I highly recommend renting from them to understand the best roads in Vietnam. They are also willing to give assistance anywhere in Vietnam if you need it.

How the staff went above and beyond- - taught my friend and I how to ride manual motorcycles - local knowledge of the best trails and roads to ride - easy deposit return - their auto insurance covers just about everything for the motorbike (oil change and chain maintenance NOT covered) - can drop off in other cities (I believe they have shops in Da Nang and Hanoi) - they provide helmets and bungee straps Renting motorbikes from them allowed my friends and I to have one of the most insane months of our lives driving through Vietnam. The staff are the best! If you're looking to rent a motorbike, look no further. We rented motorbikes and rode them from HCMC to Hanoi. The renting option is the best way to go if you're looking for peace of mind on your travels. The rental package with insurance makes it so you don't have to worry about anything. They are both super responsive and can help with any needs you may come across. They even taught some members of my group, how to ride their bikes! They also can help you plan your route if that's something you need help with. Overall 10/10 experience with them, I highly recommend anyone looking to motorbike through Vietnam, to get their motorbikes from the rental shop!
