Suzuki V-Strom 650

We rented 2 motorbikes from the rental shop, a super friendly man, gave us a trustworthy feeling right away!!! We rented them for 1 day and were able to pick them up the evening before without any extra charges, so we could leave early the next morning. Unfortunately, one motorbike broke down halfway through due to battery problems. When we called the rental shop, he came to us with a mechanic and replacement transport. Afterwards, we received €30 back for the waiting time and the inconvenience. Once again, we received excellent service, definitely recommended!!

Professional, friendly and appropriately priced. I hired a Tracer 700 (first time riding around Tenerife, been walking in the North every spring for years). The super friendly guy was right... when he said riding it is different. The motorbike was in great condition, never skipped a beat and the tyres were spot on. I saw a review whine about the 3000 Euro excess. Come on mate, think about it. Perfectly reasonable and you have the option to mitigate it. I had a fantastic 5 days of fun biking. The roads, the scenery, the unexpected finds. I can't wait to do it again, and bring mates. I have no hesitation in recommending the rental shop. Now I have another "itch I'll need to scratch" every year (btw the banana museum at Icod is also a must)

Absolutely outstanding experience with the rental shop in Puerto de la Cruz! From the very first contact, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. The advice I received was top-notch, and the prices were completely fair and transparent. The motorcycles were in excellent condition - powerful, clean, and perfectly maintained. What really made the difference was that they created a custom route based on my personal wishes and riding style. The tour turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life! The landscapes, the roads, and the overall riding experience were simply unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend the rental shop to anyone visiting Tenerife who loves motorcycles and adventure. I received the scooter a day late due to technical issues. However, I was able to pick up my Honda PCF on the originally scheduled date, which I declined. Overall, the scooter was in good condition despite a few scuffs, which are common with rental vehicles. Although the Honda Forza 350 already has ample storage space under the seat, it was also equipped with an original Honda topcase that holds two helmets. The topcase also had a working central locking system. There was also a phone holder. You can also count on a hotel drop-off and pick-up service. The service is very friendly, but it's a one-person operation. So, you won't always find the door open when you arrive during opening hours. Just wait a few minutes and it should show up. I also deducted one star for the high deductible - €3,000. You can insure it for €15 a day and you won't have to worry about anything, but I only found out about that when I arrived. Other rental companies on the island probably operate the same way.

Fantastic, knowledgeable people, bike was first rate, service outstanding, gave me an upgrade on the motorbike I had booked to hire, rode the BMW GS850, may buy one when I'm fed up with my Aprilia, thanks again
