I hired a scooter at the rental shop. I booked it very easily online and submitted documents over WhatsApp for verification. The motorbike was ready when I arrived, and a staff member was very helpful in preparing my wife and me for the ride. The experience was not just renting a motorbike; it also included guidance on riding, parking places, safety, dos and don'ts, and places to visit. Overall, the motorbike rental and the service experience were awesome.

The staff is amazing and very flexible when I had to rent a scooter. They arranged to drop off the scooter at the Airbnb I was staying in. I got a brand new scooter to ride. The rates were incredible. The day I had to return it was a bit complicated and they were able to work with me to arrange a date and time for pick up. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and are very easy to reach. I would rent from the rental shop again in a heartbeat next time I'm in Sorrento. Best scooter rental around the area! We were unsure and hesitant because we were scammed on another platform. We lost a lot of money and were in a bad mood but it was the best decision of our lives to find a place to rent a scooter, especially this one. The staff was very kind and helpful, we are grateful for their help and advice. The rental shop made our vacation unforgettable.
The staff from the rental shop are great. They were available to chat several times before committing to renting the scooter. We asked questions and they answered promptly. One of the services they offer is drop off at your location and they were there promptly. They were very patient and explained how to operate the scooter without rushing us. They even took time out of their schedule to help us with our itinerary. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone.
