Things to keep in mind
- Pay only 15% now, and the rest at the destination.
- Cancel up-to 48 hours before pick-up and get a full refund.
- This motorbike requires a licence category A1 or B (car) + 25 years old, or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old to rent it with 12 months scooter driving experience.
- A refundable security-deposit is required ( 300 € credit/debit-card, cash ) on pickup.
- This motorbike includes unlimited mileage per day in the price.
- Delivery/Collection services are for the Funchal area, and discretionary.
- Free inclusions and paid add-ons are subject to availability.

Everything went perfectly, from booking to completion.
I rented an NX500 for 2 days, after I missed my original flight home. The motorbike was in perfect condition, well maintained. Pick-up and drop-off went seamlessly, and it is an absolute joy to talk to the guys who work here. Great customer service, and good motorbikes. Weather can be unpredictable on the island, but despite this, seeing Madeira on 2 wheels is still the best way to do it. If you’re visiting madeira, get a motorbike from these guys for at least a day, and you won’t regret it.
I had a fantastic time renting from Blitzrent. The selection of motorcycles is excellent, and my motorbike was in perfect condition, which made riding the island's roads a pure joy. The communication was seamless from start to finish, and the service was incredibly friendly and professional. It was a truly successful experience, and I can’t recommend them enough. We hired a scooter for 5 days - a 125 cc that did the job great for us We went all over then island and it managed just fine - no drama at all There is in my option is no better way to enjoy an island like Madeira then on a scooter. Easy to park and go any where on. We packed waterproofs which were needed when you go up north or over the mountain in the middle. Surprisingly good roads that are often going though the mountains in the many tunnels and very considerate native drivers too. Great hire company - we’ll kept and maintained machine and very friendly staff we would definitely recommend and use blizt again.
