Things to keep in mind
- Pay only 15% now, and the rest at the destination.
- You can cancel up-to 7 days before pick-up and get a full refund.
- This motorbike requires a licence category A1 or B (car) issued 3 years ago, or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old to rent it.
- A refundable security-deposit is required ( 300 € credit/debit-card, ) on pickup.
- Mileage included is 150 Km /day, excess mileage is charged at 0,35 € per kilometer.
- Free inclusions and paid add-ons are subject to availability.

Great location by the airport and responsive staff. There was a slight issue with the provided scooter, but this was immediately solved and I was upgraded to another one without any fuss. Great customer service! If I ever were to return to Alicante, I would definitely make use of Jota Café again! Having the mobility to get around really does make a difference on a trip like this,
Felt the need to write this after booking my motorbike through a platform and being told I was dealing with the rental shop in Alicante. I was concerned about the poor reviews. I arrived to the motorbike parked at the airport, contact was good but this is a contact-less motorbike hire company with communication via whatsapp messages. The motorbike was as booked, with a working phone holder and correct helmet size in the storage box. The Brixton R motorbike was as described and in good condition but dusty. Used it for 4 days without issue. Returned keys via whatsapp. Deposit was returned as stated 10 days after drop off. I would use this rental shop again without a doubt. The bad reviews seem to come from other depots in different cities. Hope this helps others!
