We booked our rental ahead of our trip, and communication was excellent; everything was explained very clearly. The motorbike was in good condition and matched the description. We needed an offroad capable vehicle to do some safaries of our own and not many rental servises here have even the basic 4x4 models available. These guys however came up with Polaris tractor quad that was awesome for local style of offraoading. With rear, central(and front) locks and enough power to make the thing that weighs less than a proper pint of lager easily accelerate even on the steepest climbs here you would be having a hard time getting that thing stuck even if you tried. And the service was very pleasant and staff extremely nice. Got a good tour of the vehicle and no nonsense just nice clear instructions: "Don't drive into the ocean and if you get it covered in mud wash before you return it." :)
