Someone was always available. Booking was quick and easy, and everything went according to plan. Transfers to and from the hotel were superbly organized. The driver was always punctual and very friendly. The permit was issued in advance, and I was able to set off immediately. The scooter was in perfect condition and technically flawless. Riderly even offered a discount for longer rental periods. Best regards to the entire Riderly team and Happy Bikes Zanzibar... I'll definitely be back!

Impeccable experience end to end. Website has a very intuitive UI and is very easy to use. From start to end it took me under 5 minutes to find the bike I wanted and make a booking. Unfortunately I later found out that the bike I reserved has 80/20 tires while I needed 50/50 ones for off-road, so I engaged Riderly to help me make the swap (would be good to have a filter on website for that in the future). I found Riderly staff to be extremely professional and efficient in all my interactions with them; they never skipped a beat and always responded to me within one business day (often - even less). The rental has been uneventful and everything was exactly as described. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Riderly and very much looking forward to my next adventure. Thank you for the 5-star experience - you guys truly earned each one of them!

The staff at the Carvoiero branch were fantastic. I hadn't ridden in awhiile and my daughter had passed her full bike test so wanted to upgrade and the staff could not be more accomodating. I was given the option to try out a few bikes for size just so I was sure I would be comfortable. My daughter wanted a bigger engined bike and they offered her a Honda CB500. She commented to the fact that she didn't know the size or if it would be suitable so the gentlemen went and fetched it for her to try. The whole process, from booking in the UK to recieving the bikes was painless. The service we recieved was great and I would highly recommend Riderly to anyone choosing to rent abroad. We are looking to do similar next year and we will definately be using Riderly again.
