I came from Costa Rica to spend a few days visiting, and the rental shop treated me like a king. They were very friendly, kind, and always willing to help me, including giving me recommendations and directions so I could get around the city easily. The Kymco scooter they provided was excellent, and it was a real pleasure to ride. Highly recommended!

This motorcycle dealership undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Why? Well: - The salesman who advised us when we bought a 2023 KTM Adventure 390, provided exceptional service to my father and me. He has been very attentive and helpful, even now that our loan agreement with the dealership and the bank has ended. He is truly an excellent salesman who not only knows his stuff but is also very friendly. - The after-sales service has also been exceptional. We never had any issues with the service, and the few times we needed mechanical assistance, the mechanic and his team resolved our problems immediately. - Finally, the administrative department has also been very attentive, organized, and clear. Don't hesitate to buy any vehicle from the rental shop. The service you receive is truly exceptional (compared to the general lack of enthusiasm you see in many other places).

Excellent. I went on a Tuesday to see a motorcycle and by Thursday I already had it with the transfer process underway. The staff were incredibly helpful. All the used motorcycles are in impeccable condition, just like the listings say. Everything went exactly as we had verbally agreed. 100% recommended.

An excellent experience, ideal for solo travelers or couples. The service was reliable from the start, with a motorcycle in perfect condition and ready to explore the city. We rented a motorbike and it was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for exploring the city. My partner and I enjoyed the freedom to move at our own pace, discovering corners of the city we otherwise wouldn't have found. The motorbike was in perfect condition, the booking process was easy, and the staff was very attentive. We would definitely repeat this experience.

At 9 pm we loaded my motorcycle into the KTM van and went to the dealership!!! They even booked a hotel for me!! Few dealerships offer such thoughtful gestures!! I highly recommend them! Incredible service and amazing back up in any issue not limited only to motorbike rental or riding route advice. Any small request was undertaken seriously and you'll get response super quickly with all details. Nothing is impossible with these passionate guys. Their energy will encourage you to find limited and authentic local experiences you won't find with other services, if you want - i personally take responsibility for these guys. Had a great experience with the staff and of course with the motorbike. Everything fine, motorbike was smooth to ride and well maintained, rental shop was flexible with the return. Insurance, lock and two helmets are included. Highly recommend, will rent again!
