I had a great experience renting from the rental shop. The motorbike was ready when I arrived and well maintained. Very easy process to go through the website and I was very happy with it. I took an RE Himalayan and had a lot of fun with it.

As an international traveller, I found the entire rental process to be straightforward, affordable, and hassle-free. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to a staff member who was fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and offered some great advice and suggestions that made the trip even better. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great riding experience. The motorbike was in fantastic condition and performed flawlessly throughout my week long 2,000+ km ride from Sydney to Melbourne and back. It's obvious the motorcycles are well maintained and looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the rental shop again and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially travellers looking for a reliable motorbike and excellent customer service. Thanks to the rental shop again for helping make one of my bucket-list rides an unforgettable experience!

Renting from the rental shop was a great experience. Customer service was top notch. The motorbike was in excellent condition, and prices were reasonable. I highly recommend doing a motorcycle journey in NSW and Victoria along the great ocean road. Fantastic experience all around!

I recently got my motorbike license and spent weeks trying to find the right learner motorbike and gear without blowing my budget. To be honest, most places I went to were pretty dismissive, didn't really listen and weren't willing to work with me on price or what I actually needed. As soon as I spoke to the staff member, he just got it. Took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push anything on me. Just a straight up, helpful conversation. I ended up getting a brand new Ninja 500, all my gear, and insurance through him, and the whole process was super easy. He even set up my quadlock mount for me. But what really stood out was after I bought the motorbike, he reached out to make sure everything was going well and even made sure I got home safe after riding the motorbike back in the rain. You don't come across that kind of service very often. If you want a no-BS experience and someone who actually cares about getting you set up properly, I'd definitely recommend the rental shop. Thanks again, really appreciate you making my first motorbike purchase such a good one. I'll be back for my first service 😉

Recently bought my first motorbike, a ninja 400 from the rental shop, the staff member was great throughout the whole process, very helpful and had great communication, kept me updated about everything and got everything done quickly, even helped organise transport to my house as I wasn't quite comfortable riding back home yet. Definitely would recommend!

I had a great experience with the rental shop and their team. Unfortunately, during my rental my scooter was stolen, which was a very stressful situation. However, the team handled everything in a very professional and supportive way. They guided me through the process step by step, were always responsive, and made the whole situation much easier to manage. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to help, as well as the way they treated me throughout the entire process. Even after everything, they were happy to assist me with a new rental, which shows the level of trust and customer care they provide. Overall, I highly recommend the rental shop for their reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
