I recently got my motorbike license and spent weeks trying to find the right learner motorbike and gear without blowing my budget. To be honest, most places I went to were pretty dismissive, didn't really listen and weren't willing to work with me on price or what I actually needed. As soon as I spoke to the staff member, he just got it. Took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push anything on me. Just a straight up, helpful conversation. I ended up getting a brand new Ninja 500, all my gear, and insurance through him, and the whole process was super easy. He even set up my quadlock mount for me. But what really stood out was after I bought the motorbike, he reached out to make sure everything was going well and even made sure I got home safe after riding the motorbike back in the rain. You don't come across that kind of service very often. If you want a no-BS experience and someone who actually cares about getting you set up properly, I'd definitely recommend the rental shop. Thanks again, really appreciate you making my first motorbike purchase such a good one. I'll be back for my first service 😉

Recently bought my first motorbike, a ninja 400 from the rental shop, the staff member was great throughout the whole process, very helpful and had great communication, kept me updated about everything and got everything done quickly, even helped organise transport to my house as I wasn't quite comfortable riding back home yet. I kept the scooter for 3 months. In Melbourne, a scooter is essential for getting around quickly, but the 5 stars go to the team. They were very kind and professional. Customer service was always available and they met all my needs. They provided me with a doordash case, two helmets, and a Fairing.

Outstanding customer service, coupled with that old school warmth and friendliness that is so lacking in many modern dealerships. The staff gave me an amazing deal on my Z900RS SE. No problem is too big or too small, they just get things done! I cannot recommend the rental shop highly enough.

I highly recommend renting a motorcycle from the rental shop! Great communication, fantastic motorbikes and professional service. Despite my not so extensive experience, the staff trusted me and took care of my safety by lowering the seat on the BMW for me, which made a huge difference! I spent an amazing week exploring Melbourne and the surrounding areas on the BMW G310R, it was fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful experience and great memories. I can honestly recommend this place to everyone!

Shoutout to the rental shop staff for promptly picking up my call at such short notice to rent me the BMW R1300GS Trophy, thus ticking off my bucket list. Motorcycles and accessories (helmets, phone holders), were well maintained and in great running condition. I was pleasantly surprised that usually chargeable items such as a jumpstarter and puncture repair kit were included as standard items. The staff was also very transparent with the pricing and very knowledgeable with potential hazards and general driving conditions in Melbourne and Victoria. They also managed to convince me to give the Great Ocean Road a try, which I did not regret! Granted, rental costs more than typical run-of-the-mill motorcycles from mainstream Japanese and Chinese makes, but so long you have the right licences and permits, I'd 11/10 recommend you try a BMW motorcycle and from here, especially if you're a motorcycle enthusiast. (You get what you pay for!) This is even more so if you're from where I live in, where I feel you can't really bring out the full potential of a large adventure motorcycle unless you bring it across the border. The rental shop was able to help me out with a super short notice (1.5 hrs) rental, for 2 days on a Versys 300. Having done lots of hires all over the world I was expecting the motorbike to be a bit rough round the edges, but it was mechanically sound and in good condition. The whole process was quick and easy, and the rental was very reasonably priced. Thanks again to the team, shout out to the staff for their help, and see you next time!

Wonderful experience renting a BMW G 310 R for a four-day trip to Great Ocean Road in December 2025. I cannot highly enough recommend renting with the rental shop, as the staff are super nice, conscientious and communicative and really ensure that you have a great trip with a motorbike that is very well maintained and in great condition. In addition to that, there is heaps of additional gear, helmets and equipment that you can rent for very reasonable prices. Super smooth and nice experience, the rental shop was also very kind in checking on me over the duration of the trip and sharing important information or just making sure everything was going well. Would always rent a motorbike here when returning to this beautiful area.

I just bought a ninja 500 2026 from the rental shop and everything was amazing. The owner is a very friendly and kind person and all the staff treats you very kindly. I also bought a helmet and alpine star gloves which are the best for riding and feel amazing. The owner suggested the best and safest helmet available. Not to forget, the owner even gave me a free service which is an amazing deal. Overall I would definitely recommend purchasing your motorbike, gear, or service from the rental shop.

Great service - was a little apprehensive as a GS1250 with panniers is a little larger than I would normally ride being short in stature. The staff was very helpful and gave a very comprehensive brief about the bike - would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

I had a great experience with the rental shop even before my trip started. The staff gave me a lot of advice and information before the trip. They helped me plan a journey to my need. I had a very good experience and highly recommend the rental shop. If I needed anything during the trip the staff was available always. I travelled for 2 weeks from Melbourne to Darwin. Even after the trip they followed up with a phone call to see how everything was. I highly recommend the rental shop. Thank you very much.

Top quality service from a top bloke. My daughter and I rented a Bmw GS 1250 and Bmw 400 scooter for a 4 day ride on the Great Ocean Road. Jonathon managed to get the scooter for my daughter at the last minute when another company let her down. The motorbikes were excellent and clothing, locks and helmets were provided. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn't end up renting a motorbike from the rental shop, but we had one of the best customer experiences of our trip! The guy was incredibly helpful and honest - he took the time to explain the weather conditions and safety concerns for the day, and advised us that it wouldn't be ideal to ride in such bad weather. His advice showed real care for customers' safety rather than just trying to make a sale. Even though we didn't take the service, we left impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness. We'll definitely be coming back when the weather is better! Highly recommend the rental shop for their honesty and great service.

I rode down from northern NSW through Mudgee, Bathurst, Canberra, Cooma, the snowies, mitta mitta, Omeo, bruthern, Bairnsdale,sale, Melbourne to visit my daughters for two weeks. I picked up a puncher 16km north of Omeo, repaired the tire with my repair kit and made it to Melbourne, I looked up my closest motorcycle dealership and maintenance facility and found the rental shop. I was so greatfull to have found the crew. They managed to move appointments around on their diary the next day and fitted me in to get a new tire fitted. The care my motorbike received for just a tyre change convinced me to get my motorbike serviced before I returned to northern NSW as it had just clicked over 30000km. Great great service and the staff has a very welcoming nature. A good team, in the truest sense of the old spartan ways. I would recommend the rental shop for all you motorcycling needs.

I recently bought the new 2026 Kawasaki ZX6R from Motosparta and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dimitri was super friendly, helpful, and honest from start to finish.The whole process was quick and smooth — the motorbike arrived exactly when he said it would (in 3 days). He also gave me really useful advice on how to treat the motorbike during the first 1000kms and suggested smart ways to save money on future mods instead of trying to upsell me.
