We are three girls visiting Cali and wanted to see the city by motorbike. We were picked up at our hotel. We rode around the city, stopping to learn about its landmarks, and then went to two viewpoints high above Cali. It was an amazing experience. The guides were fantastic. Don't be afraid to come to Cali; we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend seeing Cali by motorbike and experiencing it firsthand. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to the guides.

I booked a motorbike from the rental shop and the service was absolutely quick, clear and very friendly. We had an issue where the motorbike I booked was crossed with another booking but despite this they handled with great customer service and upgraded to a better motorbike subject to availability at no extra cost which was great. I noticed they had jet skis also when I got to the rental shop and I asked and their prices were absolutely amazing! Much better than hiring a Jetski on the beach. They will bring the Jetski to certain selected beaches and ensure a great customer experience as always. The Jetski was one of the more powerful ones and again, much better price. In conclusion, 100% recommend, prices 10/10, equipment 10/10, attention 10/10. Had no complaints.

We rented a motorcycle for a day and it has been wonderful. The staff is genuinely nice, helpful and full of advice. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and clear, nothing hidden. The motorbike was very nice, perfect to explore Minca's area and the rental shop gave us all the equipment required which was truly appreciated. We definitely recommend you to rent there without any doubt!

Our group of friends meets up from different places every year to do a motorcycle ride, and this 4-day tour around Santa Marta with the rental shop was hands down one of our best trips yet. It was an unforgettable adventure that we'll be talking about for years to come. Our lead guide was phenomenal. He was incredibly friendly, informative, and deeply knowledgeable about the local culture and history of every single place we stopped. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and setting context for the areas we were exploring. What we appreciated most was his patience-he perfectly adjusted the ride to match our skill levels. The terrain got progressively harder each day, but because the pace and progression were so well managed, we felt fully ready for the challenge by the last day. The entire support team was top-notch. The chase vehicle driver was incredibly attentive to our needs the entire time, keeping us supported and stress-free. The sweep guide brought up the rear, doing an excellent job making sure our group stayed together and no one was ever left behind. Absolutely amazing. I did the one day tour and it was all I could have hoped for and more. The XRE300 is an amazing motorbike and the rental shop keeps all their bikes in amazing condition! The whole operation is first class. From the booking process, communication, punctuality, the motorbikes, the routes, the safety equipment, everything. The pickup location is even far outside the city, so you don't have to deal with downtown traffic! Amazing. My guide was great! Excellent and safe rider! We had a ton of fun. I'll definitely be back for more rides in the near future!
