Seriously, the coolest adventure imaginable! The rental shop exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all of our questions and put us on the perfect motorbike for our trip to Jardín and Fredonia. They gave us expert guidance and made the trip that much better! The rental shop delivered the motorbike right to us and gave us clear instructions concerning the laws in Colombia for riding. The staff were very kind and added to our peace of mind. Even after the rental, the staff were very kind and helpful with the closure process and made us feel very comfortable with everything. They also recommended future rides and destinations, as well as giving us helpful tips as foreigners to experience a smoother time in Colombia. We had an amazing motorcycle experience and couldn't be happier with the service. The rental shop was very friendly, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They provided us with several route options for each day, so we could choose what suited us best. Everything was well organized, and the personal approach made a real difference to us. I contacted the rental shop just two days before arriving in Colombia after completing a motorcycle tour through Peru. Despite the short notice, they arranged a great motorcycle for me at a very reasonable price and provided exceptional service throughout my trip. They gave me excellent daily route recommendations, suggested amazing places to visit along the way, and recommended hotels in different price ranges. The motorcycle was in great condition, the payment process was smooth, and the entire experience felt safe and professional. Colombia is an incredible country to explore on two wheels, and I'm truly grateful for all the help I received in making the most of it. Oh man!! What can I say other than I had an absolute blast on a well maintained bike! I rented a Honda 300 XRE and it was a great motorbike for the Colombian terrain. There's a reason the Police use this model. I've rented in Medellin before and the rental shop keeps their motorbikes really well maintained compared to other companies. My experience started with sending in a message to WhatsApp and I spoke with a staff member for a bit to give them the details of my moto trip. They helped me out by guiding me on what motorbike and gear would be sufficient and they were spot on with their recommendations. Once we had the details all worked out I was smoothly handed off to another staff member who took care of having the motorbike and gear ready for me for pick up. I met up with a staff member at the pick up location and they got me all sized and we tried on different gear to make sure the fit was right. They demonstrated how to use everything, gave me advice and were available to me via WhatsApp with any questions during my time renting. At the end of the trip, a staff member met up with me at my apartment and picked up the motorbike and we were all good to go. I had a great time, felt well taken care of, and I felt the rental shop was there to make sure I enjoyed the experience. Would absolutely rent again!

I had an excellent experience renting from the rental shop. The service and communication were outstanding from start to finish - they were always available, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Any time I had questions, they were very hands-on, patient, and attentive to every detail. What really stood out to me was the level of support and professionalism they provided throughout the rental experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want you to have a great experience riding. Another huge advantage is that parking in the area is extremely difficult to find, and they generously offer secure overnight parking free of charge, which made things so much easier and gave me real peace of mind. I took a 10 day motorbike tour with the rental shop in March. Very personal, custom tours. Got to visit local, non touristy destinations in the plains and mountains. Towns like Honda, Murcia, Nerja, and Jardin. Rode over a volcano at 14,000ft. Backcountry single track dirt riding up mountains and down lush green valleys. Hotel stays were good, a number of them were Eco-Hotels focused on nature and bird watching. My guide was a local who was both a great guide and motorbike rider! He knew all the hidden spots to check out and great restaurants to visit. We rode nice Honda XRE 300cc motorbikes. I would recommend this rental shop for a custom adventure across South America on two wheels!!

Contacting the rental shop is a special opportunity for you to open your mind on what you really need to find on your Colombia or South America big adventure. I contacted them for information on how to buy a motorcycle in Colombia for traveling it and the neighboring countries. They answered extremely quickly and with patience even if it was Saturday and I had to stop them since I didn't want to rob more time since I had to reflect before on the many informations they already gave to have the best from that country.

On my first trip to South America, I found the rental shop and hired a Hero XPulse for 2 days on a self guided tour. They connected with me on WhatsApp and provided excellent guidance, suggestions, customized routes based on my preferences and time constraints. They also went out of their way to provide references to coffee farms as I wanted to combine my motorcycle tour with a coffee farm tour. The motorbike was in great condition, the routes were super fun and beautiful, the communications and services from the rental shop team were top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to ride from Medellin!

Absolutely unreal motorcycle trip through Colombia. The rental shop went above and beyond from day one, jumping on calls beforehand to talk routes, road conditions and motorbikes, and making sure everything felt clear before we even started. It made a huge difference. On the road, the guide was a total legend. Big on food, culture and safety, and constantly chatting with locals in town squares, cafés and fuel stops to get the best tips on routes, conditions and where to eat. That local knowledge took the trip to another level. The riding was perfect, heaps of fun, some solid challenges, but always within my ability. Safety was clearly a priority without killing the vibe. Accommodation was consistently great too. And the scenery was insane! Jungle, páramo, rolling hills and valleys, plus the incredible and endangered wax palm forests. Every day felt different. Add in charming towns, locals hanging out in the plazas, and a warm, welcoming vibe everywhere. A proper adventure. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with this motorcycle tour company! I spent 7 days riding through small beautiful towns, mountains, and off-road terrain across Colombia. I had never ridden off-road before, but the guide made me feel completely safe and guided me through everything without a single scratch. Their calm, professional approach gave me confidence from day one. The rental shop was incredibly helpful in organizing the tour and adapting it to my personal preferences. They really took their time helping me plan the route and made sure everything fit exactly what I was looking for. In total, I rode 1250 km in 7 days through mud, rain, mountains and rough roads - and not a single problem with the motorbike. Everything worked perfectly. I can only highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious and unforgettable motorcycle adventure.

整体5/5体验.我独自完成了从麦德林到瓜塔佩的一日游,全天游览了安蒂奥基亚东部和沿途几个小镇,包括格拉纳达.我们路边吃早餐,从桥上跳入泻湖,探索瓜塔佩,攀登巨石,俯瞰进出麦德林的全景.这是体验周边地区和感受瓜塔佩的绝佳方式,更真实,不像普通旅游路线.我独自预订,只有另外两名骑手和导游.他超越职责,确保每个人都照顾到,优先考虑安全.我从未感到匆忙、被忽视或不适.唯一需要提醒的是,我有越野车和越野摩托经验,但没有街道摩托经验.我高估了这两者的可转化性,也低估了哥伦比亚摩托车交通的激烈程度."所有骑手欢迎"的难度标签仍假设有街道骑行和应对繁忙交通的基础舒适度.这是我的问题.事后看来,我不该没先上街道骑行课程就预订.确定独自骑行不合适后,我选择跟导游一起骑或退出.导游允许我跟他一起骑,让我完整体验了这一天.我后悔没做好准备,但很感激他们专业且冷静的处理.对有经验的骑手来说这可能显而易见,但我建议其他人预订前仔细考虑.总体上,我推荐这家租赁店给有骑行经验、寻求真正冒险的人,特别感谢导游的照顾,让我在哥伦比亚留下难忘回忆.

I enjoyed a day tour with a guide from the rental shop. It was very enjoyable and exciting. I am planning on another tour with them tomorrow. They customized the tour for whatever I wanted. I had an amazing experience with the rental shop! I did the Santa Fe tour, and on another day I also rented a motorbike separately. Everything was super convenient, easy, and straightforward from start to finish. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic - very competent, responsible, and attentive. They genuinely took care of the group, made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the tour. They're incredibly sweet and really made sure we all had a great time. I would 100% come back again and would love to try another tour with the same company. Highly recommend, these guys are amazing!

Five stars for the rental shop team! We hired a Honda 300 for two weeks and were very impressed with the motorbike and its condition. Although we were touring alone, the rental shop went out of their way to provide us with route and hotel recommendations. Their suggestions enhanced our experience hugely - the ride from Medellin to Manizales is true motorcycling heaven!
