I got my A2 license in September (as a new rider) and hadn't ridden since, but that wasn't a problem at all when I booked a Honda NX500. The support team is very quick to answer questions or make changes to the booking, and they're reachable by email and WhatsApp (in case of emergency). The locker system for collecting equipment and keys is well-designed, with the codes sent by email at the beginning of the booking, and the instructions for checking the motorbike and collecting the equipment are very detailed. The motorcycle was in excellent condition, no mechanical issues to report, it started right up, and it was a real pleasure to ride! I'll definitely rent from the rental shop again. Thank you so much for the service.

Great experience, staff helped us out and we had an awesome time with the Vespa. We did park Luxembourg-> eiffel -> arc de triomphe-> Park Monceau -> back to bastille through the quai. Did it as a treasure hunt for my GF. It was amazing!

I have rented motorcycles from the rental shop twice a year for a month each time in France for five years. I have never had any problem. Motorbikes are very well maintained and new. The rental shop offers the most competitive prices. The online reservation and unmanned pickup is a big advantage. You don't have to wait long to complete formalities. You go and take your motorbike. The fact that there is no office doesn't mean they have no assistance service. They have a very successful and helpful assistance service. I highly recommend the rental shop.

I am from California and wanted to rent a scooter for my holiday here in Paris. These guys are the absolute best! Top-notch service and extremely professional Office. I rented an NX500 two weeks ago from this rental agency and I already want to rent another one! I found this agency online and the fact that the entire rental process is completely digital saves a lot of time and is very convenient. The support team is responsive and attentive. I recently got my A2 license, I'm still a bit of a novice, and I was looking for my motorcycle. I was able to rent a nearly new Himalayan so easily thanks to Good Motors. My girlfriend and I had the best weekend ever. The user experience is so pleasant; it's better than Airbnb. You do everything yourself, from your phone—it's so convenient. Besides being the eco-conscious person I am, I think it's so relevant to offer a rental service with good motorcycles instead of buying them without necessarily using them. It's simply the future, and nobody had thought of doing it with motorcycles. The icing on the cake: the service is rock solid. And wow, that motorcycle catalog! Where else can you find that in Paris? Soon we'll be able to say, "I was using Good Motors before it was even known!"

Best way to rent a motorcycle, the customer service is super efficient, honestly, a little ride in the Cévennes with my sweetheart starting from Marseille was a real treat! They even offer suggested routes and the person I spoke to on the phone knows loads of spots in the region, they're great!
