This is my second consecutive year renting from Stephan Ruhle, and it is evident why his company boasts a 5-star rating. My previous rental experience, which included a 4-week tour of Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, was outstanding, with the motorbike in pristine condition. Recently, I completed a 2-week tour of the Dolomites and the Alps, and the bike's performance was exceptional. Upon arrival, Stephan was in the process of installing new tires on my rental. Stephan's commitment to excellence extends beyond providing top-tier equipment; he also ensures a superior journey by offering expert guidance and recommending routes. Moreover, he has established partnerships with hotels that maintain the same high standards as his company. As a former business owner, I appreciate Stephan's family-run business, which focuses on delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. I eagerly anticipate my next adventure, knowing that Stephan will be instrumental in making it a success.

Stephan was incredibly accommodating and exceeded expectations that we had for our trip and the motorbike rentals. All the equipment was in excellent condition and his local knowledge and expertise were appreciated. Everything was organized and structured and communication was very easy. We will 100% be renting from him in the future.

This was the first time renting a motorcycle in Europe, so was a little apprehensive about exactly what I would find. I got Stephan's name from advrider.com so that helped give me some confidence that Stephan was trustworthy and had a good operation, with good service and motorbikes. That turned out to be absolutely true! Stephan was just fantastic to work with. I couldn't have asked for more. The motorbike and he were right there when I got to the hotel after flying into Munich from the US. All the extra accessories I wanted he had set up, the motorbike was clean and in perfect working condition. The hotel (Alarun) was also really nice with a great breakfast for the next day, and they kept my bags for about two weeks while I rode through the Alps and other areas. During the next few days I had multiple questions I wanted to ask Stephan as I got used to the gear, nav system, signage and different rules of the road compared to the US. Stephan took all my calls and was always helpful, friendly, and really knowledgeable. And it was clear to me that, if I got into a problem situation, Stephan would be there to help, no doubt. Bottom line: I absolutely would recommend Stephan and, if I do another motorcycle trip in Europe, he'll be the first I'd call.
