In the last week of May of this year, I rented a Symphony 125 scooter for four days through the Riderly website. The service was extremely friendly, the paperwork was handled quickly, and the contact was professional. The scooter was in good working order and caused no problems. The only drawback was poor location information, as I booked through the portal. If I had had a pin, I wouldn't have wasted so much time searching for the rental shop. I recommend the rental shop; the scooter rental price could be lower.

We rent a scooter SYM 125, and we see a fast and punctual service, with a very helpful staff. The scooter was fairly new and very clean, and the rate was very reasonable. The pick-up process was quick. We made a mistake regarding the return time; we wanted to return it earlier, but the agency was closed. The manager was immediately available and attentive, while also making the process easier for us. A few days later, I asked when the security deposit would be released, and the agency replied within the hour. I therefore highly recommend the rental shop, which delivers quality service and has very friendly manager.

Great experience with the rental shop! We rode a Vespa on the first day and a Sym scooter on the next two days. Both vehicles were in excellent condition, reliable and ideal for exploring Puglia. The scooter pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the staff was very friendly, professional and always ready to help with advice on routes and places to visit. During our stay we visited Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano di Mare and Matera. Thanks to the scooters we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery, easily find parking and explore the places at our own pace. If you are planning to visit Puglia, the rental shop is a great choice for renting a scooter. Highly recommended and a big thank you to the whole team for a great experience!

We had a very good experience with the rental shop, we arrived a little earlier but the scooter was waiting for us, the picking up process was very smooth. The scooter was in very good shape, just like in the photos, the helmet too, and clean. And of course the staff was very nice, they helped us all the way, especially on the day of the return, when we had a flat tire just 30 km from Bari, and they came with their car and drove us to the train station, so we do not miss our flight. We are very grateful for the help!

Great rental company. We received the scooter immediately, with no reservation, we entered from the street with two helmets and a phone holder, at no extra charge. Excellent and very friendly service. The staff was very nice and helpful, explaining everything with details. Returning the scooter was very easy, even late at night. I recommend this place!

Fantastic experience! We rented a Vespa for a day to explore the Valle d'Itria and it was the best decision. The process was super fast and hassle-free. The scooter was in perfect condition and equipped with a cell phone holder, which made navigation much easier. The price is very fair and they even provided two helmets. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the region with freedom!

We had an amazing experience renting a motorbike for an adventure through Puglia! Super friendly and well treated!!! Super experience! We rented the scooters for 4 days at a very good price. I was a bit nervous that I did not reserve online to not find scooters for me and my friends, but it was super easy to arrange here on site and at a better price than online at other places! I had a small accident with my scooter and was super kindly treated afterwards! We even got an aperol spritz No problem at all! Would for sure recommend!!!! Also really not expensive! Thank you so much!!!! You made my holidays!

We rent a scooter (Honda PCX 125) in Bari last summer and the experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no limit for km and that brought us a full day by scooter from Bari to Monopoli, Alberobello and back to Bari all the way across the coast. I fully recommend the rental shop!
