We hired a motorbike to enjoy the sights around Panzano where we were staying. And what a fab day we had. The rental shop was so helpful in showing us a route and setting it up on Google maps. The motorbike was like new and the ability to hire jackets and gloves at a very reasonable rate was an added bonus; helmets were included. The roads are fun to ride and generally pretty quiet. A fab day out; would highly recommend.

We rented 3 motorbikes for 4 days and it was worth it. The motorbikes are in exceptional condition, the owner takes really good care of them. Everything bookable on the website is properly taken care of, which surprised me since there are quite some options. We rented three motorbikes, 2 guys and one girl, and he even set up a lowered seat for the girl who had no issues riding the motorbike; she is 1.60m and 55kg. The two guys, about 1.80m and 90kg, were comfortable on the motorbikes too, and the power of the motorbikes is easily manageable and enough on the country backroads. Avoid the highways if possible but the owner will let you know. Tuscany speaks for itself with wonderful roads to ride from curvy to gravel, beautiful scenery, and plenty of suggestions and tips. Totally worth the visit, I would definitely recommend it and will probably do it again. The luggage racks are solid and there are plenty of straps to attach luggage or backpacks to it. Avoid planning to ride with a backpack on your back!

Renting from the rental shop was one of the highlights of my trip to Tuscany. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The classic motorcycle was in excellent condition and made exploring Tuscany even more special and unforgettable. Really excellent experience. I spent two days on one of the rental shop's Royal Enfield 350s and it was absolutely ideal for exploring Chianti. The rental shop joined me on both days, which made a huge difference. They weren't just handing over the motorbike - they became my guide as well, taking me along beautiful routes and making sure I got the best out of the area. It felt very personal and very easy from start to finish. Also worth saying how straightforward it was from London: morning flight to Florence, €5 public bus to Greve, there by lunchtime and ready to ride. A fantastic way to see Tuscany. Highly recommended.

It has been a dream of mine to ride a Cafè a racer with my girl on the back since I was a kid. Thanks to the rental shop, this dream was everything and more. The rental shop is very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and helpful. They really could nickel and dime/overcharge you for every little thing they offer, but they don't out of the goodness of their heart, and this reflects the way they run their business. Their aim is not to make the most money, but offer the best experience possible and they are very successful at this. They not only did not charge me for the gopro memory card, but also provided chargers and other options for no cost. In fact, we even forgot our charger at the rental shop, and they rode over 15 mins to find us and drop it with us. Unmatched dedication. While mapping directions for us, I could tell they would sit for hours answering any questions or show us different routes to make sure we have the best experience. All the Italian locals and tourist love the motorbikes, stopped a few times to talk about it with people. I could go on for days about how gorgeous the motorbikes and scenery were, but that's a whole other review. This was my first time riding a motorcycle in Italy, and my 3rd time ever and they made it a breeze. I rented vespas in Rome and Naples during this same trip, both good with no problems, but they still could not compare to the rental shop. I can't wait to come back. Can't recommend the rental shop enough.

Our experience renting a motorcycle for the day through the rental shop was excellent from start to finish. First, the rental shop has a great website with extensive information so you know what you are getting into and how to navigate the rental process. The rental shop is an excellent, clear communicator with great attention to detail. They keep the motorcycles in perfect condition so you feel confident nothing is going to go wrong mid-ride. I used to own a 750cc Royal Enfield so I wasn't sure how I would feel about the 350cc, but I loved it and feel it is perfect for navigating the windy roads of Chianti, even with a passenger as I had. The motorbikes have beautiful lines, color, a comfortable seat for a long journey, and great sound. The rental shop is very knowledgeable about the region and can help you plot a course with ideal stops for resting and enjoying the countryside.

We were in Italy for our first time. Decided to rent a motorcycle and found Motezza close to our Villa. Gerry came and picked us up, the motorbike was beautiful! We had a great time motoring through the hills of Tuscany. Gorgeous views and a visit to a winery. Gerry gave us a map and places to see, he was so very helpful! I visited Gerhard's motorbike rental store to enquire. I am glad that i went to his store to rent a motorbike. He is a passionate biker and shared his riding experience in India with me. He planned a route for me. His goal is to deliver a pleasant riding experience to his customers. After the ride i almost forgot to pay him the fuel cost and he didn't bothered to remind me. Later when i realized i went back to his store and paid the due amount. I strongly recommend renting motorbike from him. In future I will surely visit greve again and hire the motorbike for longer duration.

What an incredibly easy and fun rental experience for an American tourist The owner was a pleasure to work with and schedule with. He had a lot of great little ad ons like a go pro (which was a breeze to get the videos from), rain proof jackets and more. Before I returned the motorcycle, I forgot to gas up but he took care of it for me which was amazing If I'm ever in the area looking to rent a motorcycle again I definitely will use Motezza Rent a Classic

Best way for any motorcycle enthusiast to spend the day in Tuscany. Absolutely top-notch service - shining motorcycles, perfectly clean protective clothing and helmets. Motorcycles were ready when we came, paperwork and pre-ride brief took 15 minutes and we were ready to go. Motorcycles are well-mantained, look like brand-new. We have made about 100 km in 6 hours around the hills on these nice 350 cc Royal Enfield Classics and can’t imagine what can be improved in Motezza. Everything was really perfect - the route, the motorbikes, the service. P.S. I am 1.86 m and ride HD Softail. But this 350cc Royal Enfield baby was just the right motorbike for Tuscan windy roads - relaxing ride, enjoying the views. Thanks a lot, Gerry! We will definitely see you again!

It was my 5th time with Motezza and this time I decided to be a little more adventurous and take the Royal Enfield up to the Dolomites all the way from Chianti. What a companion Motezza’s Royal Enfield was - every winding road every turn ever corner. Going uphill through the rains the Royal Enfield demonstrated solid endurance and flew through valleys. I was so confident on the ride because the motorbike was unbelievably well maintained - I did over a thousand miles on the mountainous terrain and not once did the brakes or air pressure in the tyres let me down. Everything was perfect to the dot. Absolutely 5 stars, if I could give more, I would! Renting a motorcycle from Gerhard was one of the best decisions of our entire trip to Tuscany. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The motorbike was in top condition, freshly cleaned, and the perfect size for exploring the Tuscan countryside. But what truly made this experience perfect was Gerhard’s help in planning my proposal to my girlfriend. Not only did he suggest an incredible route filled with views and rustic villages, but he also helped pinpoint the perfect spot for the proposal. I rented a single motorcycle from Motezza Rent A Classic in September 2024. I had an amazing experience exploring the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Gerhard the owner made things very easy. From a phonecall to discuss the rental, through to the easy online booking and seamless collection and drop of the motorcycle, Gerhard was awesome. The rental shop was clean, modern and well designed with lots of new gear to rent. Gerhard was very flexible with the rental, and the motorbike was great value. It's clear huge care is taken of the motorcycles, which are all maintained and cleaned perfectly. I had an awesome experience and can't wait to return!

There's no better or more exciting way to see Tuscany. The lovely winding roads are a dream for anyone who likes to ride and the Royal Enfield is as stylish as a red Vespa but a lot more individual - everyone commented on how special the motorbike was. Gerry is an excellent host who really cares that you have a memorable and enjoyable experience and is always on hand if you need help. Very good value for money as well. My wife and I recently returned from a three week trip to Italy. It was a memorable fantastic experience in many ways. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was meeting Gerry, the owner of MOTEZZA Rent a Classic, and renting a motorcycle from him. After corresponding with Gerry (from New York) it became clear that he was very knowledgeable, professional, and so importantly, very pleasant and easy to deal with. When we got to MOTEZZA and met Gerry and saw his shop we just knew we were in the right place. Everything there was impeccable and displayed beautifully. Gerry imparted his knowledge of the area and roads ( and cafes and vineyards;) and pointed out some incredible routes. We had a fabulous ride and great experience, and felt we got an excellent feel for that area of Tuscany and the people there. Great experience. Helpful, responsive and friendly personnel. No issues whatsoever and good scooters. When in doubt to rent scooters in Tuscany/Chianti, don't hesitate to contact the rental shop. Area is great to drive, nice roads, beautiful scenery. Florence is a 35 / 40 minute drive, and easy to park a scooter there. They ask you to pay upfront if you make a reservation (which makes sense to me, given they are not very big), but no scam or anything. So definitely recommend!

Gerhard (Gerry) was incredibly flexible and generous with his time and help. He was available on WhatsApp if I had a question during the trip. Gave me great suggestions for rides in the area. Price was competitive and included all the little things that add up. He even let me borrow his little backpack for my trip and came with a friend to a convenient location to pick up the motorbike so I could continue my travel easily from a train station. Little gestures like inviting me to a cappuccino upon meeting are what makes a difference in human interactions really 🙏🏽 As for the moto! What a nice ride, stable, great tires, meticulously maintained, and not so heavy, especially for female riders. The motorbike was perfectly adjusted to my height. Great on the curves and just the right amount of power when you need to rip it. Location is great in the heart of Bella Chianti region a short bus ride from Firenze train station. What an WONDERFUL experience riding a beautiful motorcycle through Tuscany with my family!! Gerhard "Gerry", the Owner, was there to greet us with a smile upon our arrival and was an absolute pleasure. Gerry went trough the procedures of operating the sparkling powder blue 350 Royal Enfield and was kind enough to offer us additional riding gear. I think he knew we may get chilly later ;) Since the area was new to us, Gerry took his time and offered us some really nice travel destinations and even high-lighted a map, marked with some great places to stop and enjoy. We stumbled upon Motezza and Gerry the wonderful owner while walking the streets of Greve the evening we arrived. That simple walk changed our experience thanks to Motezza. We rented a motorbike from Motezza during our holiday in the Chianti. This was really a wonderful experience. The Endfield is the perfect motorbike to cruise through the vineyards and country sights of Toscany The owner is very friendly and easy going. We used the motorbike a full day, drive 135 km and only used 8 euro petrol. If you have a drving licence, go there, rent a motorbike and have the day of your live

Best experience visiting Toscana! The owner was very kind and gave me a small lesson on using the scooter (I left a few scratches to it but the owner was kind enough to let it go). Overall, best memory of Italy!
