I wanted to buy a new scooter and went to this dealership because I was interested in a Zontes 368G. Less than a week later, I had it home! Fast, no-nonsense service, timely and precise explanations about the scooter, and, of course, the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Bikes were well-maintained and everything was exactly as described and promised and then some! A friend used another shop and his chain was all rusty and bad shape. Do yourself a favor and use Motovibe! You won't be sorry

We had a great experience with Motovibe. In particular Alessandro who was helpful and proactive throughout, even collecting from & dropping off at the airport. Bikes were well maintained and we had no issues with them during our trip. The SRT800 was great & coped with Stelvio without missing a beat. Highly recommend Motovibe!

Rented 4 vespa125 scooters from the rental shop was great. We got the scooters we requested, communication was responsive, customer service was great (taught us how to use the scooters), checkout process was simple. They offer a scooter pickup service from your hotel as well. Some cons: the pickup location can be inconvenient. It's about 20mins from Milan central via local transit. Once you get to the facility, it's a maze to get to the office and can be a little confusing. The helmets seem small and pinch at the ears. Overall I would recommend renting from the rental shop. Riding the vespa125 was exhilarating and I have to thank the staff for setting this up.

We had an amazing experience! The motorbikes are well maintained, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and walked us through the specifics of our motorbike without issue. There weren't any surprises and returning the motorbike was as easy as pickup. We'll be sure to use the rental shop again if we have the chance!

Excellent customer service. I rented the 150cc scooter and went north from Cernobbio to Menaggio. Took the ferry to Bellagio. And then did the route south on the eastside back to Cernobbio. Was amazing. Highly recommend the staff at the rental shop.

Highly recommend renting a Vespa and touring the lake. It gave us great flexibility and we were able to get away from the crowds. The staff provided excellent service and the motor was top notch. If you are not sure about your license and what you qualify for just go into the shop and speak with them beforehand. Gratzi!

Had to take a 30 minute shuttle from Milan train station to the rental shop. Once there the process was easy and the motorbike was a very low mileage Ducati V2S in like new condition. Bike ran flawlessly i put 1400+km on it and turning it in was easy. No extra charges

The whole experience was great. The team was very helpful (answered all of my thousand questions by emails quickly) and friendly (the welcome on arrival and return was great). Everything was clear and easy. I rented a BMW F900R for 5 days to ride through the Alps. The motorbike was perfect and I didn't have any issues (and it was such a cool motorbike 😅). Incredible experience from start to finish!

The rental process was smooth and the Vespa was in great condition. I highly recommend renting from the rental shop. Lake Como is a great place for touring, however beginners may be intimidated on the outer loop of the lake. But if you have experience it is INCREDIBLE!! For U.S. travelers: Make sure you obtain an International Driving Permit from AAA while still in the states. The numerous online IDP applications are all fake and are simply language translations of your license. They are NOT valid for driving in Europe, local cops will write you a large fine if checked, and you will have zero insurance coverage. Also, for renting a 125cc Vespa you need an American motorcycle license. For a 50cc you do not. Every rental place here will tell you something different. Happy travels!

Make this THE place to go to when looking to hire a moped in Como, Italy! Very helpful when booking last minute, so much so, not only did we hire a 50cc (it was the only type they had at short notice to be fair) when the weekend we too busy for driving or using public transport to go around the lake, we ordered another motorbike (125cc) for the following day. Perfect way to get around 2up when in Como! The rental shop even allowed us extra time to bring the motorbike back when we were at one of their Wine tasting events as the time slots were a bit tight. Thankyou very much, will look you up again when back next year!!

Another great experience with the rental shop, which I already knew about because I used to bring my scooter in for service, just as my son has his scooter serviced by them. This time, I decided to buy a used one and went to see it; the owner brought it to me and explained the vehicle to me in detail... basically, I was already convinced, but then I was even more convinced. Once the purchase was confirmed, the transfer of ownership was super fast in 2 days, and above all, the staff was so kind, courteous, and professional... rare things these days. The scooter was delivered to me serviced and clean, with some paid accessories I had requested. I will definitely be back for scheduled maintenance. Really well done... keep it up.
