⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rented a motorbike from the rental shop during my trip to Langkawi, and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The ABSOLUTE best rental experience ever.... It's plain and simple, you come to kuching....reach to the rental shop.... Pretty much all your scooter rental companies offer the same price, the rental shop is competitive with new equipment.... But that is just the beginning, it's the instant response and sensational service behind the rental, the rental shop is rewriting customer service and dominating. The terms were easy, the deposit was straight forward and no nonsense. We agreed on everything. I told them exactly where I was and within minutes I had a scooter full of fuel two helmets and I was ready to go. On the return, just as simple, it was a Whatsapp message and they asked where I was to pick the equipment up and return the deposit.. Don't screw around with broken equipment or shoddy service or even companies that won't return your message, just message the rental shop and start your trip.

Phenomenal... Quick and easy, I reached out on WhatsApp... Questions and pricing were answered immediately. I opted to take the 7 minute walk from the shore building and go pick up the scooter, when I arrived the scooter representative was waiting and all ready. Paperwork was straightforward, I messaged them my passport and driver license and brought cash... We negotiated the terms ahead of time so there was no drama, the scooter was a newer Yamaha, 2 helmets and I was off... Easy and simple.. The store was clean and large, they offer tours and other options.. really cool to know... Pricing was good.. Just WhatsApp them... The representative was a charm to deal with.. 🙏🙏

We rented a scooter from the rental shop for 2 days and paid RM35 per day with a RM100 deposit. Having a motorbike in Langkawi is a super easy, fun and cheap way to get around and makes parking around Cenang a lot easier. We decided to extend our rental by one day which was done super easily with one phone call and we paid the difference when dropping the motorbike off. No issues with the motorbike, good brakes and it even had an auto start stop! Trusted rental company.

My first motorbike rental experience in KL was great. I walked in and left happy with my deposit returned. The staff were really on top with customer service and helped me navigate everything needed to get around KL, making it simple to rent for my long stay. The motorbike was perfect for getting around town. If you need more power, they definitely have options. I will 100% come back to rent a bigger motorbike for a longer adventure. Definitely recommended for reliable service in KL.

I needed private transport for Gawai Dayak on very short notice (literally next day) and duration, and with many other rental services being fully-booked or closed for the holidays, the rental shop was a lifesaver. The owner responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and even shared useful local tips on places to visit, good food spots, and routes that were suitable for tourists. They provided a clean and well-maintained scooter, and were very accommodating to my requests (returning the scooter close to midnight due to my flight schedule). For someone renting a scooter for only a day, they were very accommodating and professional, where in most other cities I would usually be rejected. I highly recommend the rental shop for rental and transport services in Kuching!

Great service!!! I would say one of the best in southwest Asia after travelling for more than 1 year and rent scooter several times. Very good condition of the motorbike with top box, rain coat and mobile support included, and most important appropriate helmets. We rented for 1 day 2 times and the price was 50RYM per day. Our homestay was near by and the rental shop offered delivery and pick it up for free! Highly recommended. Thanks for everything!

We hired a 125cc Yamaha for 9 days and were very pleased with the service and care provided. The office is on the first floor, the paperwork was fully explained before signing, in addition to this the owner came over and gave us a comprehensive list of recommendations of where to visit and eat - which was lovely and very informative. The motorbike was in good condition and ride well. It also had some nice additional features, a seat cover to stop the seat getting too hot, there is a good size hard case storage box, so was able to store the crash helmet and other small items. Waterproof clothing was even provided, as well as a phone holder. The price is very competitive for the quality of motorbike, we did see cheaper, but the motorbikes were not in such good condition. I would definitely recommend and would use again if we come back to Kuching.
