I rented an automatic scooter in Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang) for a couple of days. Service was perfect, the price was good, and the scooters were very well maintained. The staff were very friendly, especially the woman who helped me. She was very funny and ready to explain everything about driving safely in the Selangor area. You need an international driving permit.

As before and afterwards in other countries, I wanted to travel through Malaysia for a few months on a small scooter. I wanted to clarify the possibility of renting such a scooter beforehand. I inquired at about seven motorcycle rental companies in Kuala Lumpur. But only one of them could fulfill my wishes. Most of the others were not willing to rent out a small scooter for a longer tour far away from the capital. So that's how I ended up at the rental shop. The handover of the scooter went as usual: a few explanations, a few checks, and information about where something was already scratched or bent. One special feature of this rental shop is that everything is done paperlessly. The mileage was under 10,000, so it was a relatively new vehicle. Thus, no serious repairs were necessary during the approximately 6000 kilometers I drove. Brakes adjusted once, a flat tire repaired once, oil change every 1200 km. This 125cc Honda Vario is a very reliable and robust vehicle. The parking brake is a very good feature of this Malaysian model. Although apparently not allowed in all countries, it is helpful if you want to take photos on the steep mountain, for example. You have both hands free. Returning the scooter was just as easy. And because there was a flea market on the day of the return, I was even invited to something to eat and drink. All in all, it was a trouble-free time and I can only recommend the rental shop.

吉隆坡顶级摩托车租赁店!我最初从这家店租了一辆155cc摩托车,租期一个月(2026年3月20日至4月20日).员工从一开始就让一切变得轻松无忧.我提前一个月联系他们,了解可租车辆、价格等信息.他们时不时发信息确认我的情况,确认我抵达吉隆坡前的行程.抵达后我去租车,接待我的是一位员工,因为主要联系人出差了.整个过程无忧无虑,没有任何麻烦.我支付了1000令吉加300令吉押金,然后出发!我骑车路线是吉隆坡-吉隆坡古布巴鲁-金马仑高原-怡保-槟城,再回到吉隆坡.摩托车全程无故障,约1500公里.我于2026年4月8日归还摩托车.主要联系人笑脸相迎,我们终于面对面见面.他们快速检查摩托车并退还了300令吉押金.再次感谢租赁店的员工!希望未来再见!

It's my second time renting with the rental shop and I am so glad that I did. I was fortunate to be the first rider for a new motorbike model. From the moment I rode it, it became the best part of my trip to KL. I took extra insurance and made sure to take care of the motorbike. The prices and customer service were very good. Note that the rental desk is just beside a hotel check-in desk, so it can become crowded and messy, but the customer service is quick.

These guys are very helpful, quick with registration and handover each time I’ve used them during for my trip to KL. A big shout out to Hafiz, who helped and taught me alot of the motorbike during the handover, and whilst I was renting. Very recomended. Very good service. I returned the motorbike one day before and to my surprise they refunded 1 day. Also, my motorbike had one problem with the battery and they sent a technician to repair it and substitute motorbike in case i needed it. Very happy with this motorbike rental.

I contacted the owner before meeting, and he made sure I chose the motorbike best suited to my needs, prioritising both comfort and safety. He was extremely efficient and kept everything organised digitally via WhatsApp. After I got my motorbike, he even showed me around the city, gave me a tour, and introduced me to a group of fellow travellers. He was genuinely kind and welcoming. I feel very blessed to have found this rental shop; this service truly elevated my Kuala Lumpur experience.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with, making the scooter rental process very smooth. The motorbikes were in great condition, freshly serviced, and well looked after. They provided useful tips and were happy to answer questions throughout the multi-day hire. The renting experience felt more like borrowing a motorbike from a friend than a business transaction, while remaining professional. After trying other rental places, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Been renting a small scooter for over a year from Mustafa. He is friendly, responsive and specialties on longer term rentals. The deal is, while having the motorbike, you take care of the service - oil change, and problems that arises. It means you just go to the shop Mustafa recommends. It’s still convenient for the price. Mustafa always reminds you the time for regular service. If you need a scooter for a couple of weeks or months, this is a guy to go to. If you need a motorbike for a year or longer, I’d recommend to just buy one yourself. Since repairs are on you, you would keep overpaying the motorbike. And at the end you can still sell the motorbike to recover some money back.
