We had some issues with one of the motorbikes we wanted to rent (it had broken before we arrived). We got a full refund with no issues or having to fight which was brilliant (unexpected given horror stories I had read about other rental companies) and means you can trust these guys. The other motorbike (BMW) was great for the week we had it.

Rented twice here during my stay. The staff is very helpful, friendly and speaks good English. The motorbike was in really good condition, we had no issues. They also go through the damages if there is any before you leave with the motorbike. We paid 800/day for the scooter and there is also a deposit you pay when you make the contract. Really good communication through WhatsApp. Also the second time they came to pick me up for the second rental since we lived further away, very appreciated. Serious company, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Scooter in good condition, George very nice, he takes the time to explain well. Deposit of 7000 pesos. He doesn't take it out of the account, just a guarantee. He walks around the scooter with you and invites you to take photos. Everything is square and honest.

We found this store because of the good reviews on Google and it was a success to rent the motorcycle with them. It doesn't have much visibility from the street and at first glance it seems like a small place, but never judge a book by its cover. Excellent service, the motorcycle was almost brand new, with very few kilometers, clean, perfect wheels and brakes. New engine that consumes really little and has good acceleration. You see many rental motorcycles that are rusty and old, but all the ones rented here are in perfect condition. Jorge's service was highly recommended, he helped us at all times, gave us recommendations for local places, a complete success. You can have a direct line with him in case you have an emergency. When I return to Tulum, I will rent here again without hesitation.

Very reputable rental company. We first borrowed a scooter and were able to easily exchange it for a motorcycle. Communication went great via Whatsapp too. We had the deposit back in our account within 2 days. Jose is very trustworthy and a great guy! Gladly again!

As a tourist from Germany I would totally recommend renting a scooter there. But not without insurance in Tulum, traffic is a bit busy. It was very easy to get in touch with him via WhatsApp for everything you needed to know before, while the rental and afterwards. The deposit was 250€ by Credit card and was completley send back without any problems. We also rented a vehicle and everything went fine. The check of the vehicle afterwards was very fair. All in all very good experience.

Great place to rent a scooter! The communication was great, the price was affordable, about 500 pesos with insurance and two helmets (during low season) and I liked the fact that you actually rent it for 24h. Some places ask you to return at 6PM if you rent for one day, but here if you rent like at 2PM you can return it next day at the same time. Jorge was very helpful and even gave me a ride back to my hotel! Don’t look more, this is the place to rent your scooter! Have fun!

Jorge is absolutely and undoubtedly the kindest and most reliable man in Tulum. First day I rented an ATV for just an evening and he accommodated me so far by staying late at his office to let me bring it back whenever I was done. In addition, the service was so great I came back three days later to rent a motorbike and like he said in his responses, he had a special discount for a returning client. Immediately, no negotiations, he gave me a steal of a price and I had the blue Suzuki for the day! Without a doubt, I’d 100% recommend dealing with Jorge specifically and I can guarantee you won’t be left lied to or unhappy! Be forthcoming with him and he will accommodate you as much as he can!!
