After some research I found the rental shop. The booking was extremely easy via WhatsApp, the pick up took about 10 minutes with all the explanations of the rules in the area and functions of the scooter. The scooter itself was almost new and rode perfectly. All in all I will DEFINITELY book again in my next trip. Gracias!

I had a great experience renting a motorcycle from the rental shop. The staff were professional, honest, and very friendly. Unlike many other rental companies, they didn't ask for any deposit, which really shows how trustworthy they are. The motorcycle was in excellent condition and everything was explained clearly. The whole experience was very easy. The scooter was like new! We checked out multiple rental places and most of them had extra hidden fees, everything here was included and the price was fair! We got our deposit back right at drop off! We will be renting again next time we're in town.

There isn't a better scooter rental service that I can recommend in Playa Del Carmen!! Great communication and was extremely helpful when things went bad. My time on a scooter was the best way to experience mexico and I wouldn't go to any other vendor on my next visit.

Our experience with Eduardo was brilliant from start to finish. His communication was excellent - he was very easy to reach by phone and WhatsApp and he came to meet us to speak to us in person. The motorbike we rented was immaculate, with very little mileage and he spent time showing us how everything worked but also what to expect on Mexican roads. This is one of the only scooter rental companies that will allow you to go outside of PDC so it is very well priced! We would totally recommend Eduardo and use Xperience Scooters again. 10/10 x

Saw an ad late into our vacation for scooter rentals and figured i'd give it a go. HIGHLY recommend the rental shop. Sent a message and within an hour a scooter was dropped off at our resort and $45 bucks cash two signatures and NO other hidden fees later and my wife and I were zooming around Playa Del Carmen on a Suzuki Burgman 125cc. We had a blast and wish we would of rented one for the entire week had we'd known! As obvious as it may be on the way to the resort, riding in the area comes with maybe a little extra required skill. Be courteous to locals stay to the right if going slower and ride with caution. Finding motorbike parking we found was very tricky but again I cant recommend the experience enough!

Great and easy rental. Guy was very chill brought the motorbike to me and had a blast getting around Tulum from playa and Cancun. Be safe try not to drive at night since a lot of big cars but the Nike was amazing to get around.

I wanted to rent a scooter for a few days and I tried contacting a few services in Playa del Carmen. None of them were legitimate, and they just wasted my time. I spoke with Eduardo over the phone, and he got me on a scooter within 30 minutes. He speaks English well and communicates effectively. The process was simple and easy. The scooter I rented was almost brand new and rode like a dream. It came with two helmets too. I would highly recommend renting a scooter from Vir2al store Scooter rentals when you visit Playa del Carmen next time.

Very nice experience renting a scooter. The gentleman translated into English with his cell phone since he only spoke Spanish. It went very well. Very honest and transparent. This ride allowed us to make some great discoveries. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the same place again.

This was a really good experience! We rented scooter for 24 hours. Scooter was 550 pesos if we pick it up or 600 pesos if they deliver the scooter to us directly. Eduardo was super responsive, we agreed for the pickup, he explained everything about the roads (which are safe, which rather avoid, what are rules, what to do if police stops over). We also got 2 helmets for free. The scooter was completely new and it worked perfectly. Deposit was 4000 pesos and we got deposit back immediately with no problems. We will for sure rent again with Eduardo!

My wife and I have been renting scooters over the Christmas holiday for a few years and have never had a bad experience, yes the owner doesn't speak English, but there many shop keepers there that translate for both parties. Great scooters, well maintained and a fair price for 7 days $220 US. This past Christmas when we got to our destination across the street I was able to get the scooter that evening and park it at our hotel, that saved me time and we were able to start our adventures the folioing morning. In fact its at the top of my list when we arrive again in 4 weeks, straight away to Kimo's to get my scooter for the week.

Excellent service and the scooter was like new + much more capable than a regular scooter. I was able to take my time to decide and once I did the scooter was here within 10 minutes — the handover and return was easy. After dropping off, the owner even gave me a lift back to my hotel + waited for me to get changed and then took me to my destination on the scooter. Great service.

I dont have a single complaint. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they reply fast. The scooters themselves are in perfect condition and cheap to rent. They even deliver the scooter to your place for 100 pesos. The guy was always nice, helpful and polite. Get your scooter here.

Hola folks I rented a scooter at Eduardo’s, and I was extremely happy about the service They delivered me the scooter in the morning Without any extra fee Also the support was more than good. He also gave me information about the traffic condition of the roads and were I can go to. When I return to playa I will definitely come back. Also the scooters are in a perfect condition.

I rented a motorbike for 3 days after some heavy research. The rental shop came up as the top rated, they have an easy booking process, contact with the supplier was great and they delivered it to the hotel, the motorbikes are high quality machines and very well maintained. I saved a fortune in taxi fares, it's great fun whizzing around and having the freedom to explore Playa del Carmen at your own pace and stopping/shopping where you want, we found some great places to eat, drink and explore - the motorbike will easily fit 2 adults (passenger with a backpack) and has under seat storage for helmets or storage. The motorbikes also come with a phone holder which is really handy to use maps etc. I highly recommend the rental shop as the overall experience has been superb, I will be using them on my next visit.

Rented a scooter for one day and Eduardo was excellent! Extremely quick response time over whatsapp as I wanted to rent for the next day. Dropped off the scooter with two helmets. Thorough instructions. Was able to pick up the scooter the next day from us and was right on time! (Punctuality is important as we had plans) Will most definitely be renting again and would recommend to anyone looking to rent a scooter! Was in great condition and comfortable to ride.
