的摩托车和踏板车租赁服务,位于 Quintana Roo

I rented a moped from the rental shop and it was 100% worth it. For one day I paid $50, including gas, and it was super cheap and convenient. The staff are really nice and friendly and speak good English. They open at 8:30, but I had to leave my hotel at 7:00, so I left the moped with the hotel desk and they picked it up from there. They also delivered the moped to the hotel. I would recommend this to anyone who knows how to use a moped, but the scooter I rented was extremely beginner friendly. They also record a video before you rent the scooter so they can document any existing damage. They are completely transparent about everything. 10/10, I enjoyed everything.

I had some doubts flying to a new country for the first time and attempting to rent and drive a scooter around the city, but the rental shop made sure that I had all the information I needed and was constantly available to answer whatever questions I had at just about any time. Very easy to book, and I had my scooter dropped off and picked up from my hotel for some of the best prices as well. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be a returning customer whenever I fly back to Mexico!

I had a very good experience with Ernesto. Although the place was simple, the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making the whole rental process very smooth. The booking was quick and easy. When we had a problem with the rented car, we were promptly assisted, which made all the difference and showed their commitment to the customer. The transparency in pricing was a positive point, with no hidden fees, which is always a relief. The return was equally simple and uncomplicated. If you are looking for a reliable place with good service, I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to rent a scooter. I will definitely rent here again next time!

You will not find a better scooter rental in Tulum. Super friendly and responsive. Have recommended to my friends visiting Tulum. Scooters are also the best prices you will find.

We rented a scooter here for 5 days and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was very honest, polite, and took the time to clearly explain the do's and don'ts of riding around the Tulum area, which we really appreciated. They were also very flexible with return timing, which made our trip much less stressful. The price was fair and competitive compared to everywhere else we checked, with no hidden surprises. Overall, reliable service, great communication, and genuinely nice people. highly recommend if you're looking to rent a scooter in Tulum!

Most trusted place for scooter rentals. I inquired on WhatsApp and was able to get a motorbike within minutes. No hassle no hidden fees just honesty and great service. Highly recommend this rental business!!

A moped for 1 day only 400 pesos. Very trustworthy and friendly owner. Would recommend for sure!

十二月 21, 2025

Cheapest price in Tulum and very nice person. Definitely visit the rental shop for quad motorbike. New quad motorbike available with crazy speed. Don't miss out!

十二月 21, 2025

I had a great scooter for three days at a reasonable price. The motor was powerful enough to allow me to travel outside the city. The scooter was in good condition. The only downside was the helmet, which was a bit too big. Extending the rental by one day was completely hassle-free and easily arranged via WhatsApp. Everything was very relaxed and based on trust.

I rented an ATV for 2 days and went around the cenote. There were no problems with the vehicle, and the owner was really, really kind and told me a lot to be careful of various things!! If I come to Tolum again, I want to visit again! I highly recommend it.

We rented the scooter from the rental shop and the staff brought us brand new. He was so helpful and explained everything. He gave us great recommendations for places to see, beaches and where to go for breakfast. He is very polite and kind person.

十二月 6, 2025

Love it! Probably the best rental company in Tulum with fair prices. I would always come back here to rent a ATV or scooter. Ernesto is extremely courteous and helpful. Available 24/7.

十一月 30, 2025

Everything was great. 100% recommended. Ernesto rented us the motorbike at a good price and explained things to do, gave us various recommendations, restaurants, etc. Everything matched our travel plans. He made everything easy. Remember, sometimes it's not just the rental price! And to top it all off, he helped us with some shopping!

There isn't a better scooter rental service that I can recommend in Playa Del Carmen!! Great communication and was extremely helpful when things went bad. My time on a scooter was the best way to experience mexico and I wouldn't go to any other vendor on my next visit.

Our experience with Eduardo was brilliant from start to finish. His communication was excellent - he was very easy to reach by phone and WhatsApp and he came to meet us to speak to us in person. The motorbike we rented was immaculate, with very little mileage and he spent time showing us how everything worked but also what to expect on Mexican roads. This is one of the only scooter rental companies that will allow you to go outside of PDC so it is very well priced! We would totally recommend Eduardo and use Xperience Scooters again. 10/10 x

Excellent service from the rental shop. Incredibly reasonable price and the owner is very accommodating. Fluent in English, which was welcome when asking questions about the motorbike and the roads around Playa.

十一月 20, 2025

Perfect scooter rental experience. It was 400 pesos per day, the scooter was in very good condition. Thanks Ernest, who gave us also good advice on how to get around.

十一月 20, 2025

Scooter for 4 days, good price, good scooter! Perfect for Tulum, I recommend it.

十一月 20, 2025

Customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this place for scooter rentals and more.

Ernesto is the owner of Scooter Alchemist. A truly exceptional guy. He takes the time to explain driving rules, places to visit, and tourist traps to avoid. He was incredibly kind to us and his prices are very fair. We asked for two more days of rental via WhatsApp, and he did it without any problem. The scooters are good quality and have a good engine size. They're practically new and well-maintained. We rented a 150cc scooter, and it reached 90 km/h with two people on it. He's one of the most honest people I've ever met who treats tourists well. Don't miss him.
