Supplied 9 DR650s direct to riders for south island tour. Bikes in good order. Had a couple issues which were sorted quickly. One motorbike replaced with a pickup and drop off, another 2 motorbikes picked up after a a couple of offs. Would highly recommend. Very organised with sign up and sign off at end of ride. Bikes were the best option for this group, some with off road experience and some without - thankyou for helping make their ride a huge success.

I rented a motorcycle for two weeks and was extremely satisfied, both with the bike's perfect condition and the quality of the equipment provided. What really makes the difference, though, is the customer service: the rental shop was very responsive throughout the booking process and always available to answer my questions during the rental. I would definitely recommend the rental shop to anyone looking to rent a motorcycle with complete peace of mind.

The V-Stroms were fantastic. We were a bit concerned initially, as our usual motorbike is a Harley, but as the others in our group were riding Suzukis, we decided to go along with this. They handled great in the wet weather, and after day 1 we settled into the new riding style...comfortable as. The rental shop staff, thanks so much for the added extra of collecting all 6 of us (plus luggage) from the airport, and dropping us at our hotel too!! Would defs use the rental shop again unless we go with a Harley next time!!! Getting ready for our next ride!! South Island was amazing.

From the initial enquiry right up to collection/return of motorbike, communication was prompt and very accommodating for my needs, even those last minute add ons. The motorbike was perfect for my needs, comfortable to ride and handled like a dream off and on road. The saddle bags and luggage bag were fantastic. Bike was still light and well balanced after everything was loaded on. The rental shop staff are amazingly friendly people and a pleasure to conduct business with. I will definitely be using this company again when I return for another ride around NZ.

The rental shop are the best! They absolutely run the best motorbike rental on the South Island. Our group of 8 just rented some Suzuki DR650's and had the time of our lives! The motorbikes were clean, reliable, and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond in so many ways to accommodate our group by helping with our route, drop offs, advice on local attractions, etc. The staff is passionate about riding and it shows. I wouldn't go anywhere else next time I'm looking for rentals. Thanks!

It was the best decision to rent the Suzuki DR 650 from the rental shop. The motorbikes are well maintained and the service is perfect. If i come back to newzealand i will always rent a motorbike here! Thanks a lot.

In November 2024 we rented 5 DR 650 and after we were back at the rental shop every motorbike had 4400 k more on the clock. The motorbikes were in excellent condition and they carried us over lots of gravel and through numerous fords. So, if you come to the South Island and need a motorcycle, shoot the rental shop a message they can offer you various models and luggage bags as well. The rental shop has 5 Google stars and it is worth every star. Ciao.

Had an awesome and exciting time riding a motorbike that the rental shop rented to me. They have a great human approach. I arrived last minute and they were able to rent a motorbike for me adapted to my size and weight. I am 5foot4 and I do not weigh that much. I unfortunately had a flat with my motorbike. The rental shop responded with alacrity and were able to pick my motorbike up in less than an hour. They were professional and kind throughout the whole transaction. If you're looking for a hasslefree renting place this is the place.

I was in New Zealand for work and as a motorcycle enthusiast, I felt obligated to get on 2 wheels. I'm so happy I met the rental shop. We chatted about the type of riding I'd enjoy and what I was looking for in the trip. From there, they led the tour to Lake Taylor and Loch Katrine. It was an unforgettable trip and I'd highly recommend the rental shop if your looking for a motorcycle adventure!

Thanks to the rental shop I was able to partake in the most maturing and inspiring journey of my life so far. I rented a SUZUKI DR650 for 12 days and adventured all over the South Island. The rental shop specifically kitted the motorbike out for me with all terrain tyres that afforded for excellent purchase on the road in all conditions, but also allowed me to tear up the off road areas I wished to explore - from French Pass in the north, to part of Rainbow Rd, Molsworth Rd and Jolie's Pass in the centre, Lake Taylor and Loch Katrina, or be it the Mavora Lakeside soft gravel and shale, Milford Sound, to Dansey's Pass in the mountains, Arthur's and Lewis Pass aswell. My exploration of this grand and fine land was made possible by the rental shop! I cannot recommend them more highly, they are truly a legend! Cheers from Australia.

Did a day trip to Lake Taylor with the rental shop and after 30 years of not being on a motorbike I found their advice very helpful. They also gave me clear instructions on what to expect during every stage of the trip, which was a big confidence booster. Highly recommend the rental shop whether you are an experienced rider or new to riding a motor motorbike.

Can't recommend the rental shop enough for the NZ moto adventure. I somehow was lucky enough to snag the DR650 very last moment. The rental shop accommodated my changed plans, a bit fuzzy dates, met me at the bus station, got me gear I was missing and sent me on my way. The motorbike is well looked after and well loved and with signs if adventure which was perfect. Comfy after market seat, saddle bags, good tires - never doubted the bike! The rental shop gave me some advice on the road and was super friendly and encouraging. Met me on the way back when I was dropping off the motorbike, with some cold beers to share stories. South Island is a perfect stage for an off-road adventure, and the motorbike was a perfect companion - good on dirt and highway, comfy enough yet light enough that I can actually pick it up on my own as I travel solo. Bike performed wonderfully, no issues. Thank you so much again!

EXCELLENT service! Dropped me back home when I returned the motorbike. Kept in touch with me between booking and pickup. And, best of all. A WONDERFUL BIKE! I can speak highly enough of the DR 650 on the gravel on the Rainbow Track, French Pass and Durville Island. So easy to handle. I'll be renting again, thanks!

Did a 3 day tour with the rental shop last month, and was so glad I found them. I didn't have any prior off-road experience, so was more comfortable doing the tour one-on-one. It's so rare to find a motorcycle tour company that does one-on-one multi-day guided tours and at a reasonable price. The owner was my tour guide; he was extremely patient and helpful along the way. From my first email inquiry, he was always super responsive and friendly with his communication, and explained everything in great detail. It was my first time in New Zealand. With this tour, I saw so much more than I would have otherwise. I had always wanted to go on a motorcycle tour abroad, and the rental shop was able to help make this happen.

An awesome day out last week. This is my second time out exploring the back roads with the rental shop. The owner is a fantastic host to show us around all the amazing offroads Canterbury has to offer. Because i'm quite short, he supplied a motorbike that suited me perfectly-and it was also quite lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. I highly recommend the rental shop!!

The owner from the rental shop set us up with a couple of DR650s for a trip to Lake Taylor from Christchurch. The motorbikes performed brilliantly and the day trip was awesome. Thanks. I definitely recommend renting a DR650 motorbike from the rental shop and going on one of their organised trips.
