Excellent service, brought the motorbike to the accommodation, directly changed the motorbike as the surf rack was a bit loose and only charged for the days I actually drove although I initially booked for more days.

Highly recommend renting a motorbike at the rental shop! For any question or problem I had, I received an immediate response without any problems, even after working hours and on weekends. The people are so warm and nice, fair, honest. It's fun to get service from people like this. What a great experience! If you're thinking about visiting Nica and are comfortable on two wheels, the rental shop is the way to go. They were so helpful, and checked in on me throughout my rental to make sure everything was ok. I came in on a later flight in the evening after they would have closed and they were able to deliver the moto right there to me at the airport. I got the Yamaha XTZ 150 and it was the perfect motorbike, super comfortable and was able to handle all the rough terrain perfectly. If/when I am back in Nica I will definitely be using the rental shop again, could not recommend more!!!

Amazing company. From point of contact to delivery of motorbike to hotel to collection. I had a Honda xr150 for over 5 weeks. It was great on the sealed roads and great when the road ran out turning to unsealed and mud. Great communication with the rental shop on a regular basis to ensure all was good. Bike was low mileage and well maintained. Great touch of souvenir shirt when they collected the motorbike. I would not use anyone else.

These guys were amazing from the first txt a month in advance until the end. We agreed on a fair price, the motorbike was in perfect condition, communication was excellent and they even dropped off and picked up the motorbike to and from Popoyo. Definitely use the rental shop for you nica moto hire!!

Edgard and his team at the rental shop were absolutely great to deal with! I had a Genesis SX200cc Adventure motorbike for 5+ weeks and travelled through a substantial amount of Nicaragua. Beautiful diverse country; beautiful people; & fantastic motorbike for both pavement & off-road. The rental shop's prices were very competitive and reasonable, and they were super responsive in getting back to me any time I had any questions, and made the whole experience super easy by dropping the motorbike off right to me at my guesthouse & picking it up again there at the end. Door to door service with the friendliest staff! I got a virtually brand new motorbike with new tires & suspension that worked great throughout my trip. I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am leaving a little piece of my heart in Nicaragua - cannot wait to come back.

Great experience. Fair price, responsive staff. We ran into an issue with the mirror of one of our motorcycles (it broke). The staff was very understanding and charged us only for half the value of the part. Highly recommended! The motorbikes worked great.

If you're looking to rent a motorcycle in SJDS I will save you a lot of time by sending you to the rental shop. The service is top notch. Staff is extremely friendly, honest, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The motorbike was in perfect shape with no issues at all. We walked around and got quotes from several rental agencies in the area and the rental shop had the best pricing by far. I will rent from them next time we are in the area without hesitation.

Rented two Honda navis from Luis for 2 months in San Juan, never had any problems with the motorbikes, prices were very fair & Luis was always quick to respond and help with any questions I had along the way. I will continue to come back to the rental shop each time I return to San Juan. Highly reccomend👌

The motorcycle was perfect for my large frame and was in excellent condition. The staff gave me a great discount for the week. They are affable and their English is very good so communication was a breeze. On top of that, I damaged one of the parts but they were very understanding and quoted me an extremely fair price to replace it. If I could give more stars, I would.

Luis is the man and his team is excellent! The motorbike I rented from the rental shop for 3 months has never given me any problems or troubles. Whenever it needs some attention or a tune up they are very quick to make it happen and ensure I always have a motorbike to ride! The best service in Nicaragua! I rented a motorcycle for almost a month! And everything was spectacular. The service is very reliable, the helmet is excellent, and the motorcycle is definitely top-notch. We'll be back soon! I had an excellent experience renting from the rental shop in Tamarindo. I rented a quad for the day and everything was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and responsive (and their English was very good), which made booking and pickup easy. The whole process felt safe and secure, and I never had any concerns about the equipment or rental details. The quad was in perfect condition and ran great all day. They were also super flexible with drop-off, letting us return it after hours with clear instructions, which was really convenient. Overall, a professional, friendly, and stress-free rental experience. I'd absolutely recommend the rental shop and would happily rent from them again!

Possibly the best moto rental company in the whole of Central America!! I’ve rented motorbikes everywhere and never had service like this. My girlfriend and I rented both a DR200 and a Navi for just shy of a month to travel around the Rivas region of Nica. Bikes were clean both cosmetically and mechanically and a bunch of fun. Super fair price, amazingly friendly and we will for sure be renting here next time we are in Nicaragua. Gracias y nos vemos pronto 🙌🏼⚡️

I can't recommend these guys enough! From beginning to end they were very helpful, friendly, and even gave us recommendations beyond the typical ones. My fiancee had a little incident and caused some very minor cosmetic damage to her scooter and they first asked if she was okay before showing any concern for the scooter. That to me shows how great these guys are. Very fair, very friendly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for your transportation on the island!

The pinorelo team was great right from the start, being able to accommodate an early collection, at last minute notice. The motorbike recommended was in great condition and well looked after making the weeks rental smooth with no issues. Would highly recommend anyone planning to explore the country on and off the road.

Rented 2 scooters with the rental shop, 15$ each for the day. It was very quick, uncomplicated and legit. They even gave us a little practice lesson before letting us off on the roads since we've never ridden a scooter before. The mopeds were in top shape and fun to ride. Would definitely rent here again!

Sound group of lads and speak good English. Hired a scooter off the rental shop for 3 days. They explained it to me really well and set me up with some good partner companies for tours around the island. Unfortunately I had an accident on my last day and lost my deposit however they didn't take the opportunity to gouge me when I returned the motorbike. Again sound lads and would recommend again!

Pinolero is hands-down the best moto rental company in Nicaragua. Their prices are affordable, the service is exceptional, and the pick up and drop off was so easy. They even checked in throughout my trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I requested to rent a specific motorbike and pick it up within a few hours. The motorbike was in another location and they drove it to Managua immediately just so I wouldn’t have to wait. I’d 100% rent from them again!

I'm not sure why these guys are getting bad reviews on tripadvisor. We went 2 times. Once with 5 of us on 5 navis. And the next time 7 of us. 3 navis, a yamaha 150 and a 6 seater ATV. On the first day they took all our details and copy of licence and passport. Very quick and easy transaction. We were all on the road in 10-15 mins. Then 2 days later we wanted to rent again. But this time they had all our details and we were off even quicker. On return both days we filled up with gas and after a quick check we were on our way. The staff were very very helpful and friendly. Spoke french and english along with spanish that I heard. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
