We rented a moped for about a week (125cc) from the rental shop. We had a very good experience. The moped was quick/strong enough to carry us both up the mountains with decent speed, and it always started without any issues. We also had a minor incident with the moped that caused some damage to a brake handle. For this we were charged a small amount (about 30 euros) which seemed fair. All in all, we can recommend the rental shop, seems to be a fair service provider from our experience.

Great motorcycle rental shop! They have a diverse selection of unique custom motorbikes. I had the pleasure of renting a custom motorbike for a day and it was incredible. The owner is super cool and nice. If you love unique motorcycles and great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very fair administration, since I speak German and Hungarian, with the help of our taxi driver we found out that the motorbike was not where the address was, I received an email written in Hungarian in which they sent the exact location about 300 m from the given address, by the time we got there the employee was already waiting at the motorbike with whom we communicated perfectly well with a translator. The 50 horsepower of the motorbike is a little too much for motorcyclists used to more powerful machines, everything worked in a completely acceptable condition (slight smell of petrol). It is important that the rental and deposit price must be paid online, which can be easily done using the link provided in the email. It was my first rental through riderly, the next one will be easy.

If you are looking for a motorbike rental place in Mallorca, definitely go to the rental shop. The owner is very cool and knowledgeable and he recommended an excellent motorbike. I hired the Zontes zt125c and it was perfect, very pleasant motorbike, comfortable and looked stunning - it was actually turning heads in town. Check out, out of hours, was straightforward and very convenient. Deposit returned the very next morning, excellent service. Thanks and see you again soon.

We had an excellent experience with Riderly! We rented a Yamaha Dragstar for a few days to explore Mallorca, and everything was great from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, communicative, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The motorcycle was ready exactly at the agreed time, in good condition, and very comfortable to ride. It also had plenty of storage space for two people. Highly recommended!

On Mallorca not many companies hireing motorbikes. (Only scooters.) That few which are providing large motorcycles are very expensive. We rented a Honda NX500. The rental shop gaves a new look motorbike for a favorable price. Communication was excellent. (What's app) I recommend this company!

I rented a Honda ADV350 for a weekend with my son, primarily to ride the MA-10 scenic route. The scooter was perfect for the roads around the island and I thoroughly enjoyed riding it. So easy to use with under seat storage for the helmets, a top box and good secure phone holder also provided. The scooter was presented in fantastic condition by very friendly and helpful staff at the rental shop. Excellent communication and hassle free pick up/drop off. Really easy to get to on the bus from the airport too.

Super rental company, we rented Honda NX 500 for 4 days and enjoyed it a lot. Bikes are new, so they even have no signs of use. We didn't buy any additional insurance, just had a basic one. The motorbike pickup and return where smooth, the deposit was returned immediately after motorbike check. Thank you for the joy and no stress!

I also had a quite positive experience. I rented a 125cc and all went well. I had my refund back. I called them after 10 working days, and they immediately did the refund and sent me proof of it. Few days later I received the 300 euro deposit. I didnt have any issue during the rent and i drove many kilometres. At first it may look weird that there's no human interaction at the pick up and you need to send them the deposit first to get the code to unlock the scooter, but then i must admit that they were answering fast, they were available and if you send them the pictures before and after, you shouldnt have any trouble...

Fantastic experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also fix and ride so they can talk motorcycles if you like to swap motorcycle stories. The motorbike I rented was a Yamaha Tracer 7 which is a very fun motorbike for the mountain roads and does well in the City. Next time I'm on the island I will definitely rent from the rental shop again.

Very good experience with this friendly company. Great motorbike, really helpful regarding an early drop off, plenty of very clear instructions. Pre rental communication good, it's nice to know before you leave home that everything is sorted and will be ready. Absolutely the best decision to book scooter with the rental shop. Price was by far the best that I found. 125cc scooter was amazing. I managed to see a lot from this beautiful island thanks to them. I would book with them in future again. No problem to get deposit returned. You just need to follow the rules and take correct pictures they require from you. Also if you drive scooter as your own and you are careful about it surely helps getting your deposit back too. My rental has finished 17th of October. And today is 10th of November and I received my deposit. It doesnt take 10 business days as thats minimum it can take up to 30 business days. Depends on the bank and also how busy they are with their bookings. After 10 working days you just simly write them to WA. And they will sort your deposit as fast as possible. We had a group of 6 adults who rented scooters and the process was very smooth. We didn't run into any delays and he had everything ready for us when we showed up. He explained everything we needed to know and cruising around the island on the scooter was SOOOOOOOOO fun. Scooters made parking so much easier as well. Easy if you understand how they work. At first it seems to be strange not to know which motocycle is yours and what is the exact location. But fortunately they reply through WhatsApp quite quickly and all works well. The 125 cc scooter was brand new and realy good. Thanks!

I booked the scooter through their website, and all further communication was via WhatsApp. We asked for delivery to our hotel, and the scooter arrived exactly on time, which made the whole process very convenient. At our special request, we were given white helmets, which was important to us. I can highly recommend the rental shop - they treated us very fairly. If we travel there again, we will definitely rent from them once more.

Rented to get to dragonera island boats and the ride was the most fun part of my day. The service here is perfect. I booked online day before and collected my motorbike and on my way within 5 minutes. Drop off was also very easy. This rental shop is the best at playa de Palma to rent a motorcycle. Very good advice and great, well maintained and cool customized motorcycles. 💕 We had the 1100 cc and later a 850 cc motorcycle. Great to explore the island with them. 🌴😎 Highly recommended. We would gladly come back anytime.

Rented the 125ccm scooter, the machine was in near perfect condition ,few scrathces from previous renters, but mechanically great condition had an awesome time riding trough Mallorca. The staff of DK Motos were very friendly and helpfull got every intruction I needed and also support during my ride trough whatsapp. The shop looked cool and they have some very nice motorbikes there even for rent. Next time im in Mallorca i am definitely going to DK Motos.
