First of all, Ibiza is a beautiful island with lots of little coves and hidden beaches. The best way to get around is clearly by scooter (to avoid traffic jams, parking problems and sunbathing). The service at the rental shop is incredible and personalised. They contact you on WhatsApp and are super available. They can book your trip to Formentera without you having to go to their office. This is my 3rd time with the rental shop, it has always been great but this time it was even better. The scooter was also great and worked very well. In addition, the check in and out of the scooter is super flexible. You can drop it off in front of the office without worrying about opening hours. I really recommend this place.

Scooter rental pick up from airport. Seamless experience, the little videos explained everything perfectly. Airport rep very helpful. 2nd time using the rental shop. Be aware that the pickup/dropoff point is just outside the airport grounds, only a 2 min walk to their storage area behind a container, but careful crossing the road. Will deffo use again. Thankyou.

Second time we rented a motorcycle at Motoluis. A friendly guy attended us and gave us a lot of facilities for everything. The lock on the rear case stopped working and they replaced the motorcycle. I recommend this site to rent a motorcycle in Ibiza. Very good price and conditions too.

The rental went great! Scooter was brand new and working well! A star review that could have been a 4. During my rental i had the same problem some other had, somebody messed with my seat( apparently it happens a lot in summer). Of course i wasn't pleased with the fact that i had to pay for the damages but Cooltra staff told me that i may have an insurance with my credit card and it would reimburse me for the damage invoice and it was true( thanks Visa) . It was a bit of a hussle but at the end the experience was great and the service really professional.

Booked online for a 125cù3 rental for 10 days, extended again online for 2 days. Very friendly and efficient staff, no problems, the bike was practically new, I did 700 km without any problems. I recommend.

We rented a motorbike for 3 days for 150€ with full insurance and 2 helmets, plus 50€ deposit which they gave me back immediately when I left the motorbike on my credit card. They didn&#39;t give me any problems and they treated us very well. I recommend it.

The bike they gave us was new, with perfect tires and no scratches. You have to pay for an extra helmet and trunk, but the service was good and the price was good too. We paid €15 to leave it at the airport&#39;s Cooltra, a service I recommend.
