I rented a TVS Champ via Riderly from Viungo in Mirissa. They even delivered the bike right to my location, and Kavindu gave me a 20-minute training session on how to use it. The bike was in great condition. It has a pedal start instead of a kick start, which I had never used before in Japan, so the training helped a lot! I have rented from the rental shop twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and very reliable. Both the motorbike delivery and collection were always on time, making the whole process completely hassle-free. I rented a Honda ADV and, on a previous trip, a Suzuki Burgman. Both motorcycles were in excellent condition, well-maintained, clean, and felt almost new. It is clear that they take great care of their fleet. They offer a good selection of motorcycles, insurance is included, and support is readily available whenever needed. The entire team is responsive and genuinely committed to providing a great customer experience. I had an amazing experience with the rental shop during my trip in Sri Lanka. I rented "7 TVS Ntorq" motorbikes. Amazing experience from start to end. Didn't really know what to do to book online so messaged via whatsapp. Came back with a quote and then I tweaked it once I know what my plans were. When I landed again they were really good at communicating what I needed to do to get the license and where to pick it up from outside the airport. The motorbike was near new, loved that the petrol cap wasn't under the seat so i could get it filled up whilst still sitting. Definitely made the right choice getting a moped over a tuk tuk as the roads are slow and I was able to over take easy. Dropping off was just as easy and was given a ride back to my hotel. I would 100% use the rental shop again.
