I rented a scooter from the rental shop in January while visiting Chiang Mai, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the incredible support they gave me. Unfortunately, I had an accident with the scooter and ended up in the hospital. This is the moment when you truly see whether a company is genuinely good, when problems happen. They stayed in constant contact with me and guided me through all the paperwork and procedures so that part of the expenses could be covered through the scooter's insurance. They went far beyond what I would ever expect. They travelled about an hour to recover the scooter from where the accident happened, they even came to visit me at the hospital and brought me fruits and bakery. They were extremely kind, understanding, and handled everything without putting any pressure on me. Situations like this can happen to anyone, and when they do, it makes a huge difference to have a professional and honest team behind you. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would definitely rent from the rental shop again... if they are willing to rent to me again after this experience haha. Thank you again for everything!

The rental process here was incredibly smooth-no-nonsense paperwork and I was on the road in minutes. The motorbike itself was well maintained and looked brand new. It's rare to find a rental fleet that actually cares about the aesthetics and mechanics of their motorbikes. Definitely worth every penny.

I will definitely come back here. Rented a cb 500x for 2 weeks. I dropped the motorbike. Break lever broke off. They fixed it in less than an hour for a fair price so I could ride the last 5 days without any trouble. Absolutely recommend the rental shop!

The motorscooter was ready on the agreed date/time. Smooth handling at pick up, no problem whatsoever when returning the scooter. Excellent machine, well maintained and everything working as required. NB: It proved hard to make a direct reservation with the local rental companies in Thailand a couple of months/weeks on forehand: "please call when you are in the city", "we can only commit 2-3 days before the pick up date" etc. etc. Reservation via Riderly was done months before and went smoothly. Competitive price compare to renting directly from local rental companies. In short: excellent experience!

I needed a scooter that would be comfortable getting up into the hillsides around Chiang Mai. (I wasn't happy with the smaller scooter hired from a previous hotel.) The rental shop were able to supply a Honda 150 and it did the job really well. (I have a Honda 125 back in London so this felt very familiar.) Solid, reliable, more than enough power for the job in hand. Brakes very solid. Overall extremely happy with the motorbike, the management and the hiring process. Very reasonable rates. Worth seeking out the rental shop.

Hired a CB500x for 7 days to do the Mae Hong Son loop. Bike was perfect for me and husband with panniers and topbox. Easy pick up and looked after our excess luggage for us. Husband dropped motorbike and snapped off end of brake lever. When returning the motorbike, the rental shop was more than fair and explained the charge. Highly recommend these guys.

I can't recommend the rental shop enough. To be fair, I didn't have much interaction with other motorbike rental places, because nobody else had the particular motorbike I wanted, but service and customer care was over the top. They informed me extensively about what I might expect on my multi-day trip to Pai, and they were very patient with me and held the motorbike, as I weighed some of the legal and financial risks, for about 90 minutes! One staff member even gave me the lunch he'd just had delivered, because he knew that I needed to eat before getting on the road! They were very clear and thorough in communicating about pricing, deposit, etc, and the motorbike was in very good condition. They did multiple checks of fluids, brakes, lights, etc, and encouraged me to take a video of the motorbike before leaving. One piece of critical feedback is that the helmet selection might benefit from a refresher, or at least the visors. After trying several, the one I found that fit my head had a face shield that turned out to be so beat up that it was a real issue when driving in dusk or darkness. Easy fix. I ended up extending my rental twice, and it was easy communication by WhatsApp. Thanks! This will be my go-to in Chiang Mai from now on.

Highly recommend this rental place, super friendly and helpful staff. I rented a 160 Honda Click scooter for 2 months and I was super happy with it. I had the perfect experience with the rental shop and the brilliant Kawasaki Versys 650! This is definitely the motorbike you want if you are touring as it has all the power to handle long journeys without issue. Originally, I planned on a short 3 day trip to Pai and Chiang Rai but ended up extending for 5 days and completing the Mae Hong Son loop. The motorbike was faultless throughout and such a joy to ride. Props to the team for sketching up the route for me and checking in. I felt safe and supported the whole time. 100% will be back 🙏

Rented a yamaha Filano for a day. The motorbike is comfortable and in good condition with reasonable price. The helmet provided is also clean without any unpleasant odour. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

We made a 10 day offroad trip on our own and had an amazing unforgettable time. We rented the PCX 160cc to go to Pai for 4 days. It was powerful enough to get us up all the steep spots on the way to and around Pai. The communication was great and also the team is available via phone/Whatsapp if anything occurs. Can highly reccomend to rent from TBR Toon, the motorbike was great and pickup/return went smoothly. If you book a bigger motorbike, clothes are even included in the price. If you book the scooter some standard helmets are included, others against extra charge. If you go to Pai, it is very cold if you go in the morning (December). Thanks again TBR team ;-) we will come again.

Hands down the best quality motorbikes available in Chiang Mai! The owner is very honest about what's needed based on your road trip plans. I had to get a 155 cc motorbike for my Mae hong son loop trip. The Yamaha NMax did not disappoint. Also the prices are fair. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the rental shop from start to finish. 🙏 The staff was incredibly helpful with all the booking and administration and gave great advice beforehand, which made everything very easy and stress-free. 😊 I did the Mae Hong Son Loop (4 days / 3 nights), and the tour was perfectly organised. We were a small group of four people, which made the experience very personal and relaxed. I joined as a pillion passenger, and having this option was fantastic. My rider / our guide was excellent - very professional, friendly and attentive. I always felt completely safe. He also shared lots of interesting facts about the places we visited and about Thai culture, which added so much to the journey. ✨️ Overall, a wonderful motorcycle adventure with great people. I would absolutely recommend it! ☺️

I genuinely recommend this place for motorcycle rental. I had taken Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and motorbike was just amazing. Well maintained and serviced. Looked as new. Hired a Honda CB500 from CBTT for 5 days last month and it was brilliant from start to finish. The motorbike was in excellent condition and the staff (Ling and Craig) were really friendly and helpful. A big reason I chose them was that you can also hire proper riding gear (gloves, jacket, trousers etc.) and not just a helmet like most other places. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a motorbike in the Chiang Mai area.

We rented our motorbike for 6 days and extended it for another 2. After many years, we finally rode a Royal Enfield 350cc again - and this time the experience was like night and day compared to the used Enfield we once rode in India. Here, we received an almost brand-new motorbike. The motorbike served us perfectly throughout the entire trip. For the roads of Northern Thailand, it felt just right - powerful enough for our slow and relaxed ride while enjoying nature and every moment on the road. We truly recommend it to all "easy riders." Riding a motorbike here is something words can hardly describe. You experience so much more - a greater sense of freedom, hidden corners you would never see otherwise, and a far deeper connection with the journey itself. The roads felt noticeably safer than in India, and the traffic even seemed more relaxed than back home in Slovenia. The only thing that demands full attention is the left-side driving - it really requires 100% focus at all times. Everything on the motorbike worked flawlessly. The prices are very fair, and the overall service is a solid 5+. They are available anytime on WhatsApp and provide helpful local information. A big plus is the additional gear - helmets, jackets, and gloves - which you can borrow. Overall, a wonderful experience that made our Thailand touring even better.

I have just done a one day tour with CBTT. I have had a great day with them, the motorbikes are all well maintained and they have a motorbike for anyone. My guide was super knowledgeable of everything from every stop and he made sure we were having a good time throughout the day. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend anyone to try a tour with CBTT. Prices are very reasonable and fair. To me it was definitely money well spent!

This is the place to rent motorcycle gear in Chiang Mai. My friends and I spent the better part of a day calling around to different shops trying to find gear (boots, jacket, pants, gloves) and this is the only shop we could find that would rent them to us. When we arrived the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The prices are fair and they have a really great selection of different motorbikes so if you need a scooter to get around town during your stay or a CRF 250 or something for an off road weekend trip they can get you setup. Highly recommend them!

We was there in November 2025, the Store looks nice, clean and you got the opportunity to take a drink if you want. A good variety of motorbikes and of course you can take a tour through mountains &c. I got a Royal Enfield 350ccm, very nice motorbike I immediately asked if this motorbike is available in Europe. At the date due I met the owner, he was a very nice guy, very open minded and friendly I appreciate open minded people like him. And of course I like his Australian origin as well. :D Greets from Germany, absolutely recommend!

Great staff and very well maintained motorbikes. Ling and Jane were very helpful, kind and looked after me well. I hired a scooter for local travel, and for the same price as most other places, their motorbikes are newer and very well maintained, so I went for here to have confidence in what I was riding and also get keyless start. It's a proper motorbike shop so they do look after their motorbikes.

Very nice guy can speak English fluently, Thai and Chinese. Before you get your ride everything was checked together. I decided to rent my Honda motorbike for one day but it at least It were 3 days 😄 Contact via WhatsApp was without any problems so could extend the rent each day spontaneous. When I will come back at this district I would rent a motorbike there again. Thank you.

Rented here and was very happy with their service. The motorbike was in great condition and easy to pick up / drop off. I unfortunately dropped the motorbike in some rough terrain on my trip and the staff totally understood it happens. They looked up the parts and calculated the service it would need and charged me accordingly unlike many other rentals out there that would just overcharge by a lot more than necessary. They're very honest and I would highly recommend for any type of motorbike rentals in CNX!
