Doing the Ha Giang Loop on a big motorbike means wading through a lot of middlemen online, so finding a company that actually owns their fleet matters. The rental shop is the real deal. I didn't pre-book - rainy season meant I wanted to assess conditions on arrival - and they were completely understanding. The staff are brilliant from the moment you walk in. I was torn between the Versys 300 and the CB500X, so they took me down to the lock-up and let me try both before deciding. That kind of no-pressure service is rare. Do yourself a favour and pay for the extra insurance. We had no incidents, but there are moments on that loop where things get interesting, and knowing you're covered takes a real weight off the trip. On returning the motorbike I got chatting with the manager - a genuinely lovely bloke. Being in the trade myself, we had a great conversation about motorbikes. They'd just taken delivery of some new XR190s which looked fantastic - perfect if you're riding solo. Outstanding company, outstanding service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Rented a scooter around Hoi Ann and then a semi automatic for 4 days to phong nga. I can't recommend the rental shop enough. They were so hospitable, understanding and helpful. They helped fully plan my trip, gave advice through out and were always reachable. Super chill and honest guys I can't recommend them enough. They're not like other agencies which just try and give you a motorbike and get out - they help out with whatever you need.

Bought a motorbike here in September and it has zero problems. They even recharged my battery when the battery died due to no use for over 2 months whilst I was away. Friendly and helpful staff and good quality mechanics. Their motorbikes are well maintained.

Renting a scooter with the rental shop was an absolute breeze and one of the best decisions of my trip! The scooters were in fantastic condition, reliable, and very well-maintained, which made exploring the area safe and incredibly enjoyable. A massive bonus is that they deliver and pick up the scooters directly from your hotel completely free of charge, this was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so convenient! The rental shop provided top-notch service. They are super friendly, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to rent a motorbike, I cannot recommend them enough!

This rental shop had the exact scooter I was looking for. A nice and relatively new Honda ADV 160 for a premium touring experience. I had a great time riding with my partner around in Hoi An. I recommend you rent from the rental shop. They also had a hotel pick up service too!

Too much good service. I had a very good experience with the rental shop. I contacted them through WhatsApp, and the communication was easy and fast. They delivered the scooter directly to my hotel, which was very convenient. The price was also excellent - only $9.5 per day. On the last day, I contacted them again and they quickly sent an employee to collect the scooter from the hotel. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I'm very thankful for their great service and kindness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An!

100% the best experience & service of any motorbike rental. The rental shop is a family business, extremely kind, accommodating, affordable, reliable and overall one of the best services in the area. I extended my rental with them and I didn't regret booking. The rental is affordable, they pickup & drop off to you for free, and provide additional help and free resources for your trip. The mobile phone holder was a life saver. This is by far the best rental I have dealt with, especially as they provide you with a full tank of fuel/gas (we only paid the difference of 20k (1$) and 35k ($1.8) for multiple days of gas use), they provide all helmet sizes, and are so accommodating. I highly recommend to any fellow Canadians & all tourists!! You will have no issues or worries using their service. Thank you so much!

Best place in hoi an to rent scooters. They have 49cc scooters and they are brand new!! You are legale to drive 49cc without the vietnamien license so dont rent any motorbike, be intelligent and rent a 49cc to be secure and dont be pull by police. The best service is at the rental shop! They bring us scooters at our place and take them back there too.

Booked a motorbike the day before and got an almost instant response, we picked it up hassle free in the morning. Drove it from Huè to Hoi An and had our baggage shipped there. When we arrived our baggage was waiting for us. As no Grab driver would accept our ride, they called us a taxi and offered us a cold beer during our wait (on them) as it was extremely hot. Also one of the employees was wearing a shirt with my name written on it which was a pure coincidence😂. Either way overal we had a very good experience.

Thanks to the team at the rental shop we had an amazing motorcycle trip through Vietnam! We rented a motorcycle for 6 days and rode from Hoi An to Hue, then to Phong Nha, and finally to Ninh Binh, with a few stops along the way. Part of our luggage was delivered ahead of us to Phong Nha and later to Ninh Binh, where we could collect it and leave the motorbike. The guys were very friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout the trip. The motorbike was excellent, well maintained, and everything went exactly as agreed before we started. Great price and great service. Highly recommended, especially if you're planning a longer motorcycle trip through Vietnam. Thanks again, guys!

Highly recommend this place. Excellent quality motorbikes and exceptional service / support. I rented a Yamaha PG Semi-Automatic from Hoi A for 2 weeks and dropped it off in Hanoi. Did about 1,300 miles and the motorbike held up fine, and the whole process was very smooth. The team at the rental shop were messaging me on WhatsApp each day giving tips, route maps and checking in. I would love to come back and do another trip. Thank you so much!

We found the rental shop purely for the price which was brilliant. He delivered the scooter to the hotel within the hour as it was 5km from his shop for a very small fee, took a deposit. He was very pleasant, polite and professional. The scooter was in good working order, I had a full tutorial about the machine and off we went. I messaged him the next day to change a helmet which he did with no problems. Our flight was cancelled and we had to leave early, I organised taking the scooter back, he had a quick glance over it and returned our deposit. If you are going to Hoi An and looking for a scooter try the rental shop.

Absolutely top service from start to finish. I contacted the rental shop via WhatsApp through their website, which was very convenient, and they responded extremely quickly. They even asked for my email to send useful tips and information, including great places to visit by scooter, a very nice extra touch. The scooter was delivered directly to our hotel, which was incredibly convenient and saved us from having to take a Grab to their location. Pickup after the rental was also arranged at the hotel, making everything completely hassle-free. You can simply pay afterwards for the fuel you used, and they even charge less than the gas station would, a great deal overall. The scooter itself was in perfect condition. It had a keyless ignition (which turned out to be very convenient), a large storage compartment, comfortable helmets, and even a phone holder, which was ideal for navigation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone renting a scooter in the area, you won't find better service than this!

I highly recommend the rental shop. Excellent service and communication. Initially when I rented the motorbike that was available, the mirror had a problem and I told them about it. When they had a new motorbike in, I was able to switch it to a better one. With the interchangeable battery network, it is simple and quick, especially the battery swapping stations along the route.

Fantastic experience renting a motorbike with the rental shop, who so kindly found us a motorbike on Têt Eve (New Year) with pick up and drop off included. The price is so fair and 50cc more than enough for getting around the area and the countryside with no license required. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them if you are looking to hire motorbikes in the area.

I was totally stressing about all the logistics of a motorbike tour in Vietnam but the rental shop covered all the bases and made it easy. Renting the perfect motorbike, storing/transporting luggage and providing protective gear and waterproof clothing. Staff was super helpful, planning our route together and then responding to messages as we went, recommending finer routes and sending them over via maps. We had an awesome ride and super grateful to the rental shop for making it happen. Would recommend working with them 100%.

Additionally they share two thoughtfully mapped out scooter tours for those looking for an adventure. The rides take you through some beautiful farm lands with many recommended stops. Amazing experience! The rental shop was absolutely fantastic with us. We rented a 50cc motorbike for three days and never had any issues. They were always checking in to make sure we were happy with the motorbike and gave us plenty of great advice. They even provided us with a special map to ride through the countryside to reach My Son - the road was absolutely perfect, far better than taking the main road with trucks and buses. If you need to rent a motorbike in the area, definitely contact them!

Hoi A Scooter Rental were absolutely amazing. The motorbike they supplied was brand new and in perfect condition, which made exploring the area an absolute pleasure. We were very pleased with Hoi A Bike Rental. Mike provided excellent customer service from being to end. We had to postpone our trip by a few days due to family reasons and I forgot to notify them of our late arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when they messaged me to follow up on our arrival date and they were very accomodating in adjusting our hire dates. Their drop off and pick up service to our accomodation was very punctual and accompanied by a warm smile and a welcome to Hoi An by Kane. I wasn't happy with our motorbike choice as I requested a 50cc motorbike and wanted something more powerful. I spoke with Mike and he supplied us with a new motorbike first thing the next day. They were very friendly, polite and their service was top notch. Thank you to Mike, Kane and the rest of the team for making this experience a smooth and enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a Bike in Hoi An and will use them again when we visit again.

Renting from Hoi A Bike Rental was a great experience! They were very responsive and made it very easy to rent without even needing to pay a deposit. 5/5 Hands down the best motorbike rental experience I've had in Vietnam. They delivered the motorbike right to my hotel and picked it up at the end with no hassle. The staff shared great local tips on hidden spots to visit, checked in midway to make sure everything was going well, and even provided free rain jackets when the weather turned. On top of that, they gave me a small discount because of the rainy days - such thoughtful service! I don't think it could have been better. Highly recommend if you're exploring Hoi An!

We wanted to explore Hoi An, and decide to do so by scooter. We asked the hotel reception and they arranged rental from the rental shop. The scooter came within few minutes, the staff was very friendly with 2 helmets. The motorbike is good and well maintained. We enjoyed the ride. Thank you for the service.
