The rental shop and its staff are fantastic, friendly, and professional. They have well-maintained motorbikes with new tires and brakes. All models are recent, and the prices are reasonable. I haven't had any problems with the motorbike in 15 days of rental and 2,000 km. The rental shop also gave me valuable advice and was always available. I hope to return to Hanoi soon! Grazie!!! I rent a Honda XR150 for one month to visit the whole north of Vietnam and it was a great experience. Even if the motorbike isn't brand new it's well maintained. The communication with the rental shop was always easy and they were responsive if I had any issue.

Smooth and Hassle-Free Motorbike Rental. Renting a motorbike here was very easy and straightforward. The owner handled the entire process-from choosing and checking the motorbike to negotiating the price and completing the deal. Payment was made in cash, and they required either a passport or a deposit of around 5 million VND (the amount may vary depending on the motorbike selected). As always, make sure to read the rental agreement carefully and understand everything before signing. We rented a Honda Air Blade 125cc, which was simple and comfortable to ride. The motorbike performed perfectly throughout our rental-no breakdowns, no issues, and nothing unusual at all. Helmets were also available for rent. Rented a Honda CB500X from the rental shop and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've had in Vietnam. The motorbike was in excellent condition, super smooth, and had more than enough power to handle the traffic and roads here (honestly, probably more than you'll ever need for Hanoi 😂). The rental shop team were professional, friendly, and made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. Everything was well explained, and I felt confident riding from day one. I had to leave a second review because of how exceptional these guys are. I bought this motorbike in Hanoi from FB marketplace , I took it here for a tuneup and oil change. They did honest and good job. I drove 2000km through the north and almost to Hanoi the motorbike broke down. I knew it was something fuel pump related . Turns out it was water getting into my gas tank. They fully took apart gas tank and cleaned fuel pump, fixed my mirrors that broke from the motorbike dropping, another oil change and tune up. And charged honest price. They are knowledgeable even with this royal enfield that is not common . And speak fluent English. This is the 4th motorbike I bought abroad, one in Malaysia, and two motorbikes in India on separate trips . Best mechanics I’ve ever found. Don’t waste your time any other place nd come here , location is also super convenient right in old quarter

Amazing motorbike rental place, the owner is super nice, he helped me choose a motorbike for my 3 weeks solo trip in northern Vietnam and I was really happy with the motorbike and the choice, I got a motorbike with no problems and no surprises for a really good price and it was flexible so I returned the motorbike later then expected. Rented a Honda xr150 for about two weeks from James Hanoi, $12 USD per day (good deal). The motorbike came with a phone holder, full face helmet, knee pads, and bungee straps. James was available via WhatsApp my entire trip, and I highly recommend his rental services.

He will give you the best advice for your adventure including some awesome map. They have great machine, Honda XR 150/Cbf190 and also some Scooter. All with off-road tyres. Great shop to rent a bike! he has several kind of motorbikes mine was an honda xr150 very good and reliable as i traveled with it for 15 days. James always available for questions and help, the price was the lowest around, and they delivered the motorbike to ninh binh which is quite far from hanoi with all the gears necessary to travel around, I received the deposit back without any kind of problem, also received some advises on night life in hanoi and a lift back to my hostel. Great guy and company! Helps with anything you need to have the best time in Vietnam. We rented two Honda XR150s motorcycles and they were reliable for our entire trip. Be sure to get regular oil changes at a Honda shop as the oil is low quality in Vietnam. I would rent or buy a moto from James anytime!

I have rented motorbikes in every major city in Vietnam, and James is the best. Next time I am back I will use his services again. He gave me a large variety of motorbikes to choose from with no sales pressure, and made sure everything was tuned up and running excellent before I left. He installed a phone mount free of charge for gps directions, and came out to help me at night when I ran myself out of gas at no cost. He even gave me a free ride back to my hotel after I returned the motorbike. Honest people, honest pricing, very responsive through WhatsApp. I absolutely recommend you rent a motorbike here.

We bought a motorbike from James. When we picked it up, he gave us everything we needed and helped rearrange our stuff until we were all ready to hit the road straight away. Also when there was a small issue a couple days later, James supported us via phone call to fix it. According to his warranty, he gave us a good deal to buy the motorbike back as our roadtrip ended 2 months later and even arranged for us to drop the motorbike in Da Nang. Absolutely recommended!! Got myself a Honda NX 125 from James for a month-long drive from Hanoi to HCMC. The motorbike took me everywhere along the route, even through some adventurous off-road tracks, without any issues (apart from one flat tire). James was always happy to assist on the phone when visiting a local mechanic and even arranged an oil change in Hue. Return in HCMC went smoothly and exactly as agreed — took 5 minutes, no problems, no haggling. Thank you very much!!

If you need a motorbike in Hanoi, James is the one to go to. Aswell as give us the motorbikes we wanted, he sat down with us and helped plan our whole trip which turned out to be perfect. He's got contacts all the way down vietnam who can service/repair the motorbikes and probably sort anything else your after. Really couldn't have expected anymore from him. He also speaks good English which simplified things.

I can recommend James to literally anyone looking to buy or rent a motorbike for Vietnam! He has motorbikes in really great condition, especially compared to most other places in Hanoi, with very fair prices. He will not take advantage of tourists and is a really genuine guy! Plus, he will help with any mechanical issue. We bought two Honda XRs here and he gave us lots of time to test the motorbikes and fixed all (minor!) issues for free before the sale so we were ready to go for our tour. He also has a shop down south which will take back the motorbikes at the end of a Vietnam North to South route if necessary.

rented a Honda wave from James to drive down to HCM for 3 weeks. Half way through I realised I should’ve gone for a bigger motorbike. James helped me send the motorbike back and upgrade to the Honda XR, which was more suited to the long days of driving. Any issues with the motorbikes James was very helpful. all round good experience renting from him, and for a very reasonable price I thought. definitely recommend
