I rented a scooter twice, one month each time. I had to return it earlier than planned, and the rental shop refunded me for the unused time without any hassle. The scooter was in good condition, and I had no issues during either rental. Great service, honest people, and an easy rental process. Highly recommended!

We found the rental shop through a social media video of a journey from Hue to Hoi An. The process was straightforward, and communication via WhatsApp was easy. The staff answered all our questions promptly and delivered the motorbike to our hotel, so we didn't have to carry our bags to pick it up. They brought two motorbikes for us to choose from and provided recommended stop-offs along the way. They also transported our larger bags to Hoi An and dropped them off at our hotel. We were able to keep the motorbike for a few more days in Hoi An, which was convenient. The staff checked in to ensure our bags arrived and asked about our journey, showing genuine care. They didn't rush the motorbike drop-off in Hue and gave helpful guidance and advice. When we returned the motorbike, the staff in the Hoi An office was kind and interested in our journey. The service really added a nice touch and did not feel transactional. We highly recommend this rental shop for anyone planning to do the pass.

First I would love to say with sincerely and honest for the rental shop team and especially a staff member to give recommendation for the simple motorbike to me that I have never even have any problem or any issues since been started riding from Hanoi and back safely in total 1480 km to the east coast borderline and explore on the incredible mountain, waterfall with no problem up and down hill on the dirt road (no single problem at all) It been amazing to getting to know your sincerely and honest to gave me a simple motorbike without any problem at all Along the journey of my solo traveling this place it very honest to people and fair price to who would love to explore north Vietnam by motorbike (they know their motorbike and so do you) I will confident of the motorbike I rent since the first day and all the way back. Everything was perfect! We rented a big motorbike to go to Hué for 2 days, and we don't regret it at all. Reactive booking on WhatsApp, motorbike delivery for free at the hotel, good quality motorbike and good prices. No caution, no deposit. 5/5 don't hesitate if you are looking for a good motorbike rental in the area.
