Excellent quality motorbikes and a fantastic level of service from the staff! Have been coming to the rental shop for over a year now for my motorbike needs (including for a drive to Ho Chi Minh last year) and would definitely do so again. Bikes are well-serviced, very reliable, and very reasonably priced for the quality you get - would definitely recommend coming here if you value a machine that you can trust during your stay in Hanoi or for your drives further afield.

My girlfriend and I rented a motorbike here, and honestly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hilarious! We actually got back last week, but we were so exhausted that we're only leaving this review now 😅 Next time we travel, we'll definitely come back to rent from the rental shop again - especially our favorite motorbike, the PG1 =)))) Wishing the rental shop even more success in the future!

Just had a wonderful trip to Ha Giang with 2 CB500xs from the rental shop. The staffs were very helpful and enthusiastic. I would definitely plan another trip with them again.

Rented Yamaha PG1 for a couple of months. Service was perfect, I live in Hà Nội and they did a checkup of the motorbike for every long distance trip for free. Returning the motorbike was easy and without hassle got my deposit back. Would 100% recommend!

5 stars to the staff and the motorbike I was given. I rented a Honda XR150 and it was great throughout my 2000 km trip. My friend who also rented had some issues with his motorbike so be prepared to stop at a mechanic to get things tuned up but the staff would always answer the phone when this happened to translate and make sure we were getting a good price. They even let us drop off our motorbikes in Hoi An for a reasonable fee. Will rent from them again.

Had a great experience renting a motorbike from here. A lot of variety and well maintained motorbikes. I was looking for a specific model and they were super helpful and accommodating. The owner was very kind and helpful and responded to all WhatsApp messages promptly. Would definitely recommend and rent from here again.

I have been renting from these guys for about 1 year now. The price is unbeatable and the customer service is excellent. They service the motorbike every month for free, and any time I have an issue with the motorbike I can bring it to get fixed promptly. The guys are super friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place!!

Bought and sold my motorbike here. Had an amazing time around North-Vietnam and Laos. The motorbike worked perfectly and never broke down. I drove around 5500-6000 kilometers. The owner speaks English and is very helpfull. I definitely recommend going here to rent or buy a motorbike

Kien and the team are friendly and easy to work with. I took a Honda XR on a few long trips in northern Vietnam and the motorbike worked perfectly. Be ready to leave a passport as collateral when you rent a motorbike.

I rented the Honda CBX500 from AZ rentals for 2days. The process was simple and stress less. They even sent a taxi to pick me up from my address and bring me to the shop. Upon arriving we were greeted by a man who could be mistaken for the real Superman (Clark Kent) but this man was Vietnamese! He was very friendly and kind. I would be happy to rent from them again! Highly recommend AZ motorbike rentals!

My wife and I both purchased used motorbikes here and are happy with them. We’ve had them a couple months now and had servicing done here each month since. Very happy with how they’ve taken care of our motorbikes. Most recently I was in a minor accident on my motorbike. I was able to bring the motorbike in the same day and they fixed the minor damage while I waited. The servicing and repairs have always been reasonably priced and they are good about letting you know what things will cost. I recommend them highly.
