From first contact through quoting for motorcycle and riding gear rental, the rental shop was very responsive and helpful. The reservation deposit was handled smoothly, and when the time came, the staff took the time necessary to get me and my friend outfitted with helmets, top-notch KLIM brand new jackets, pants and gloves, made some suggestions, and got us on our way in short order. The return process was just as smooth and pleasant. The staff were great and true motorcycle enthusiasts. I've rented motorbikes one other time in Germany, and although we had a good experience with that company, I won't rent from anyone else again. I can't say enough positive things. The rental shop really made our Germany/Denmark/Norway/Sweden adventure a memory of a lifetime! Looking forward to the next trip!
