The staff answered all our questions promptly and delivered the motorbike to our hotel, so we didn't have to carry our bags to pick it up. They brought two motorbikes for us to choose from and provided recommended stop-offs along the way. They also transported our larger bags to Hoi An and dropped them off at our hotel. We were able to keep the motorbike for a few more days in Hoi An, which was convenient. The staff checked in to ensure our bags arrived and asked about our journey, showing genuine care. They didn't rush the motorbike drop-off in Hue and gave helpful guidance and advice. When we returned the motorbike, the staff in the Hoi An office was kind and interested in our journey. The service really added a nice touch and did not feel transactional. We highly recommend this rental shop for anyone planning to do the pass.
