Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

I rented a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 from the rental shop for 7 days, and the experience was excellent. The motorbike was in great condition and I had no complaints throughout the trip. The pricing was affordable, and the service was quick and professional. I paid a ₹5,000 advance, which was returned without any issues after the rental period. The staff was helpful and the entire process was smooth. Great service and definitely one of the best motorbike rental services in town.

Superb experience with the rental service. Their terms and conditions are outlined properly when contacted. At first I took a Himalayan 450, then used an Activa scooter, then later used a Himalayan 411. Booking process was swift, you share your id (adhar/passport & visa), local contact (parents/brother), your number, driving license and they fill up online form for you, and then give you their motorbikes, always be sure to take full walk around closeup video as proof on the condition of the motorbikes. Yes all the motorbikes had some cosmetic issues but mechanically all motorbikes performed well, I would suggest to ask for a trial run around their premises before finalising the motorbike. You can extend the booking period anytime over phone call, but return has to be within the time period. I thoroughly enjoyed riding the Himalayans, I even took the 411 to Pondicherry (and returned on same day) without issue. But fuel economy was very poor roughly 22/23 kilo per litre for the 411 and 19.5 kilo per litre for the 450. So you have to consider it with the high daily rental cost (they don't reduce the price) The lady staffs working there could be more accommodating (they keeps gossiping or play with their phones instead of addressing your queries or completing your bookings, it seems bookings are completed by the male staff they are only there to answer phone call). Security Money refund was also swift. Overall satisfied and would recommend to others

A great experience. Rented a Royal Enfield Classic 500 for over a month - the motorbike was superb, and did everything we asked of it. No faults or problems whatsoever. Customer service was top notch. The staff were also terrific - great experience all around. Cannot recommend them highly enough- hope to rent from the rental shop again in the future.
