Rented 4 vespa125 scooters from the rental shop was great. We got the scooters we requested, communication was responsive, customer service was great (taught us how to use the scooters), checkout process was simple. They offer a scooter pickup service from your hotel as well. Some cons: the pickup location can be inconvenient. It's about 20mins from Milan central via local transit. Once you get to the facility, it's a maze to get to the office and can be a little confusing. The helmets seem small and pinch at the ears. Overall I would recommend renting from the rental shop. Riding the vespa125 was exhilarating and I have to thank the staff for setting this up.
