Excellent! My wife had a mishap on her scooter. Totally her fault, but the manager was very understanding and genuinely concerned for her health. This is rare these days! Equipment was very well maintained, rental process was fast and friendly. Would not hesitate to rent from the rental shop again!
Highly recommended if you want to rent a motorbike to get around Santa Cruz, and even more so if a certain staff member helps you; she gave us excellent service, a true star.
