I can only recommend it to anyone! Although the rental time was postponed because the tenant had an accident before me, Erika from Cooltra was extremely committed and friendly. A replacement vehicle was procured within an hour. The bureaucracy was done via Whatsapp, so that I only had to sign at the pick-up location in Genoa. There were also no difficulties with the return of the deposit. All round perfect. Anytime again!
