Had an incredible trip around Albania with 3 friends for 7 days. We all hired motorcycles from different places and without doubt the customer service and quality of care from the rental shop was way above the others. Not that their experience was particularly bad it was just noted how attentive to detail the staff had been at the start of our trip and at the finish. We all agreed should we come again we would all use motorbikes hired from this rental shop. My motorbike was very capable and reliable during our tour. The staff knows their motorbikes inside-out even explaining that although the motorbike was almost new there was to be a software update to iron out any throttle response issues at low speed. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone thinking about hiring a motorbike for a tour around amazing Albania.

Powerful, comfortable, and extremely fun to ride. The motorcycle handled perfectly throughout the trip and gave a great riding experience on every road. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always available to help with anything needed. They also helped us with restaurant reservations and recommended many beautiful places to visit. The staff was a great help in our adventure. They helped us with advice about motorbikes and route, which turned out great. We had a lot of fun on our journey, motorbikes were great, well maintained and ready when we arrived. Even with few little problems (small collision), the staff was ready to assist us, minimising lost time and providing much needed support. If you are looking for high quality professional service, very friendly and individually suited, look no further. I hope i will be back someday, and will definitely use the rental shop again.

Excellent experience from start to finish! This motorcycle rental exceeded all my expectations. The owner is a true professional - very helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond from the very first contact. The motorbike was brand new, in perfect condition, and fully ready for the journey. A big bonus was the full equipment, including three cases, which made traveling much more comfortable. The rental lasted 3.5 days and everything went completely smoothly. This place is very centrally located. I rented a scooter for 1 day and when it appeared technical problem in scooter I contacted the manager. They sent me backup in 5 min and the motorbike did not get fixed. They gave me a free upgrade for a high CC engine motorcycle. Brand new with just 400 km driven and I thank them a lot for that. I drove that motorbike from Tirana to Berat and the ride was excellent. 0 complaint from the shop. Thank you so much to the team to make my experience a lot better. I would never go for other shop if I come back to Tirana in future.

Thanks to the company for providing the motorcycle. I had a blast. It was an unforgettable weekend. The bike is new with low mileage. The color in the photo was red, but it's actually gray, but that's not a big deal. The sweatshirts were roomier than in the photo, which is a plus.

We had an incredible short vacation in Albania. For four days, we rented two Yamaha Teneré 700s from Mattia, which provided us with an unforgettable experience. Mattia provided us with very professional support right from the start. He helps with all questions and gives important advice and tips. He takes time for every customer and is very communicative. Whether explaining the contract or giving a detailed introduction to the motorcycle, a satisfied customer is the most important thing for him. I would like to highlight the uncomplicated airport transport and the very well-maintained condition of the motorcycles. Mattia takes customer feedback seriously and wants to use it to further develop his business. We would love to come back to Albania to be inspired by the people, the culture, and the landscape. Of course, we will rent motorcycles from Mattia again...

Great experience with Mattia. He is very professional in his work. The motorbike were all latest models, well maintained and they performed superb. I had the yamaha t700 and it managed to get me all around Albania seamlessly. Also one thing that stood with me was Matias professional behaviour and also understanding. Since it is a heavy motorbike, i dropped it once and i slightly damaged the crash bars and also i scratched the panniers when passing through a narrow road. Mattias seemed unbothered by these incidents and said it is very minimal and he did not charge any damage, which is quite uncommon nowdays. Also his passion for motorcycle was remarkable. Overall, I enjoyed the motorbike so much, I enjoyed the service provided and the value for money was absolutely justified. 10 out of 10 recommend and I will hopefully rent again with Moto Rent. Please make sure to check Moto Rent and also in the bottom of the website there is his name to make sure you are on the right website because there are many copy cats websites trying to confuse you.

Could not have asked for a better service and motorbikes. The owner Mattia is a wonderful and one of the most kind and helpful persons I have met! We rented 3 motorbikes with my friends to do a tour around Albania. 2x Yamaha Tenere and 1x Morini. The motorbikes were in perfect condition and very good for the Albanian roads. Mattia even went out of his way to provide us airport transfer and organised our transfer back to airport after the trip. We have rented from many different places and Moto Rent Albania is definitely the highest quality. 100% recommend!

Had an amazing time renting from Mattia and Moto Rent Albania! Not only was it the best price for moto rentals, but he provided the best service! Everything from picking up and dropping off at the airport, provided all the necessary insurance and registration information and helmets and gear. He provided suggestions for traveling in Albania and checked in during the trip. No hidden fees! The best part was how well kept he had the motorcycle and equipment. Took a 650cc with 0 issues during the whole week and had the helmets, panniers and bags necessary and up to standard. It was so easy and he was so helpful! Would 100% recommend renting from Mattia and Moto Rent Albania!
