I highly recommend this service! We rented a Royal Enfield motorcycle and went to the Himalayas. On the way back, we got into an accident and damaged the right side of the motorbike, including the plastic, metal cover, brake lever, and exhaust. When we returned to the rental point, we fully expected to pay for all the damages. However, the first question the owner asked was, “Are you okay?” His main concern was our safety and well-being. After inspecting the damage, he said, “Yes, some parts need to be replaced, but I’ll handle the rest. The most important thing is that you’re okay.” He added, “You came here to enjoy your trip, and my goal isn’t to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I want you to have the best experience without being upset over what happened.” This approach showed that this service values not just money but also human relationships. In many other places, they would have made us replace every tiny detail and overcharged us, but here, they genuinely care about their customers.
