I'm Japanese. I rented a Royal Enfield for a week and went on a tour to Mustang. It was a wonderful experience. The bike was delivered to my hotel and they came to pick it up at the hotel on the last day. The staff were kind, friendly, and very reliable. They can also speak a little Japanese. I'd love to use their services again!

I can absolutely recommend the rental shop in Kathmandu. I rented a Honda CRF 250 L for two weeks, and it was the perfect motorbike for Nepal - especially if you plan to do some off-road riding as well. The motorcycle was in excellent condition. Tires, brakes, suspension - everything was well maintained and worked perfectly. I had no technical issues at all during the entire trip, which really gave me peace of mind on the road. The rental process was easy and straightforward, both for pickup and return. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was great - quick responses, very helpful, and always available if I had questions along the way. The whole team was friendly, professional, and reliable. They also gave useful tips about routes, road conditions, permits and traveling in Nepal. Overall, a very trustworthy rental company. Great local motorbike rental in Kathmandu Rented a motorbike from Sujan, a local owner in Kathmandu. He’s very friendly and helpful, and the price is very reasonable. The motorbike was in good condition and easy to ride around the city. I rented it for one full day and returned it at 7:00 PM, which was very convenient. Riding a motorbike is definitely the most flexible and fun way to explore Kathmandu. Of course, traffic in Kathmandu can be a bit chaotic, but that’s part of the local experience 😉 Highly recommended if you want freedom and adventure!

Contacted Sujan to rent a Royal Enfield Classic 350 for 6 days. Very good communication from start to end. Motorcycle condition was in excellent condition. Sujan arranged the motorcycle to be picked up earlier than their starting time in the morning which helped me. The place is in heart of Thamel in a great location near to many hotels. Had a perfect experience with a motorbike rental for 8 days, couldn’t have asked for better. From the beginning Sujan was communicative, friendly and helpful, got me a Honda xpulse in great shape and made sure it stayed like that. Even refunded me no questions asked when I had to unfortunately return the motorbike 2 days early. Very honest and trustworthy, that’s much appreciated. Riding to Manang on a motorbike — that was honestly the trip of my life. The landscape was absolutely stunning, the terrain was challenging, and it’s basically a dream come true for any off-roader. This was already my third trip with Bikemandu, and as always, everything was perfectly organized. The motorbikes were in great condition and we didn’t have a single issue. The hotels and guesthouses were also spot on. Even a last-minute change of plans was no problem — huge thanks to Sabina for making that happen! And of course, Uttam was once again an awesome guide. Great experience overall, easy to communicate with, very responsive and genuine people you can feel they are trustworthy. This was a father and son motorbike trip of a lifetime and they provided the best motorbikes and service we could ask for. The pick up and return procedures went super smoothly, during our trip they were always available and quick to respond. Bikes were perfect. We put them through some hard terrains, they were great if tyres were a little more off road style they would have been top notch. We had no problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend it and reuse this company for our future motorbike trip.

It was a great experience! I rented Xpulse for 7 days, 3k per day. It was the best rate I got in the market after enquiring. The team was really helpful in terms of making sure I don't face any problems during my ride. They changed the engine oil and also had a complete check. Unfortunately, I was caught by the police in Nepal because I rented a motorbike and they fined me for it but still the rental shop team was very supportive and guiding me on how to tackle the situation. The team is well experienced and have a huge variety of motorbikes you can choose from. A best choice if you plan to rent a motorbike in Nepal.

We were confronted with a flat tyre and the company was very supportive and very well reachable. We went from Kathmandu to the lower Mustang and vice versa. We rented motorcycles from CityMotorbike for 15 days. We chose a Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 and a Himalayan Scram 411. Both motorbikes were in excellent condition and very well prepared. They handled tough off-road conditions with ease and took us right into the heart of the Himalayas. The tires were like new, and the brakes worked perfectly. Before the trip, we received a set of spare parts, but we didn’t need to use them. Communication with Sujan was excellent and very quick — he also gave us some advices while we were planning our route. This is the best motorcycle rental company — we recommend it with all our hearts! ❤️

Really nice people working there, and they all spoke really good English. I rented a motorbike for 8 days, but extended first 4 days and then 1 day more. When I wrote them for extension, I got a reply in 10min and in general the communication was just so easy. The motorbike was well used, but motorbikes live a hard life whit the road conditions here. If your a new rider, I can't recommend Nepal as your traning country, but if you can handle it, it's an beautiful country to explore on a motorbike.

Sujan and his team went above and beyond. He personally answer my many questions via WhatsApp before I landed in country helping with the motorbikes and my trip plan. When arrived, the motorbikes were checked and ready to go with extra parts available. During our trip, we had some unplanned changes and he professionally, and warmly helped my dad and I get out of a sticky situation! He was incredibly fair at the prices for the extra services we needed even when we had no other options. He even coordinated logistics with the hotel I was staying at, and in a storage incident, helped me get my passport back! I felt like I borrowed a motorbike from a friend, who had my back the whole trip. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was traveling solo and looking for something adventurous yet manageable, and the 6-day Everest View Tour delivered on every level. From the start, Sujan was incredibly responsive and helpful, even with the major time difference (I’m based in the U.S.). He patiently answered all my questions and made booking simple and stress-free. Once in Kathmandu, I had the chance to meet both Sujan and my guide, Santosh, before the ride. That personal touch set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing experience. Santosh was a fantastic guide—skilled, calm, and encouraging. The tour took us through a wide range of terrain and conditions: muddy tracks, smooth pavement, bustling cities, quiet mountain roads, and everything in between. We stayed in a mix of homestays and resorts, each adding to the authenticity and variety of the trip. This wasn’t just a motorcycle tour—it was a cultural immersion, a personal challenge, and an unforgettable introduction to Nepal. I left with great stories and a deep appreciation for the country.
