This place honestly made my Nepal trip! I very rarely write reviews, but I really had to write this one. I rented a Royal Enfield Himalayan from Bullet Basecamp in Pokhara, and that single choice ended up shaping my entire trip. From the start, the owner treated me like a friend and fellow rider, not just a customer. The motorbike was in excellent condition, fairly priced, and clearly prepared by someone who actually rides — new tires, adjustments to fit me, and everything feeling solid before I left. He even told me that if anything didn’t feel right after my first ride, I could come back and we’d readjust it. During the trip he was always responsive and supportive, which really added confidence as a was riding solo. The most important part: I dropped the motorbike off-road. Nothing serious, but something almost ALL rental shops would charge for. When I told him, he just said, “No worries, brother. Enjoy the ride.” No stress, no extra fees (!!!!) He also gave great route advice and genuinely cared about my safety and experience. For a very reasonable extra fee, I was able to leave the motorbike in Kathmandu and he arranged the pickup, which made everything even easier. When I asked about future rentals, he mentioned I could rent in one city and return it in another, which is super convenient if you don’t want to ride all the way back just to drop it off Honestly because of the motorbike and the support behind it, I had an amazing, stress-free time in Nepal. If you’re renting a motorbike in Nepal and want peace of mind, this is the place. No hesitation. Highly recommended. Thanks again for everything guys🙏

The rental and the trip to Muktinath has been really great. The road and the ever changing nature on the way is a phenomenal journey. I was really happy with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 as well as all the safety equipment which I rented. The motorbike had no issues on the way and has been in great shape. I will definitely recommend to rent here and do the trip to Lower Mustang to anybody who is interested in some adventure on a bike!

I rented a Scram 440 and rode it from Pokhara to Jomsom and back. The motorcycle was in top-notch condition, so I had no issues with it during the entire trip. Vijay (the owner) is super friendly and had everything ready before my arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the thrill of riding in the mountains.

The team truly made a trip of a lifetime into an awesome adventure. From the time I arrived, they met me at the airport and handled every detail possible. As a solo rider, I was wondering how I would mesh with the other riders. Turns out there were 4 of us and we meshed well and had a complete blast. The trip had a mechanic who was also the sweeper. He made sure our motorbikes were running smoothly, made sure we didn't get lost and took care of all the small details like not putting your gear across a hot exhaust pipe. They also had a photographer capturing special moments, a driver transporting our luggage and a doctor just in case. They all were terrific! While the motorcycle rides were epic and with the Himalayas as a backdrop, this is without a doubt the creme de la creme of dirt motorbike riding. We rode to over 15,000 feet, visited the forbidden kingdom of Lomangtang and experienced the jungles of Chitwan. This was more than a dirt motorbike trip. We enjoyed experiencing the culture of Nepal. The team care deeply that everyone has a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend this rental shop for any dirt motorbike adventure to the Himalayas.

I had an amazing experience renting from the rental shop in Pokhara. The Royal Enfield Scram they provided was in perfect condition - smooth, powerful, and a joy to ride through the mountain roads. It really made the trip unforgettable. What impressed me just as much as the motorbike was the service. They had quality safety gear available, which is surprisingly hard to find locally, and they went above and beyond by helping us shape our route. I hired a 411 motorbike off Bi Jay and rode by myself from Pokhara to Maktinath. In my case he provided helmet, jacket, duffel bag and straps. He also has gloves, pants and boots. He booked accommodation for me and planed the itinery so all I had to do was turn up. Everyone in the mountains knows Bi Jay. This experience shop is completely different from all the similar ones in Pokhara, when it comes to motorbike rental... It is mainly the space itself, where you feel a sense of adventure. And last but not least, it is the owner of the shop himself, who is enthusiastic about motorbikes. I got a brand new machine, equipment can also be rented. Everything went without a problem. Had a experience of a lifetime with Suresh and the team with HLA, spent 11 days completing both a southern and northern route with 10 riders from Vancouver island Canada, including my 64 yesr old father and it was quite simple amazing. We had riders of various skill levels from beginners to advanced and the HLA team pulled off a miracle in adjusting each day's ride to meet the needs of each team member with respect to the varying skill levels, risk tolerance and environmental conditions which anyone who knows anything about running such motorcycle tours will tell you is exceptionally difficult. Completing this offroad tour of Nepal on motorcycles was a bucket list dream of my father for us to do together and we simply could not have asked for a better experience. I've personally road motorcycles all throughout North, Central and South America and in my experience the level of support from the HLA team was simply incredible. We had two chase vehicles, a professional photographer, doctor and mechanic with us throughout, and Suresh took care of everything, literally everything, all we had to do was show up and ride each day.... couldn't have been easier to enjoy.

Incredible dirt motorbike adventure in Mustang I had an amazing 4-day private trip to Mustang with Suresh from HLA. The tour was well-organized from start to finish — thoughtfully planned in all aspects: route, gear, accommodations, and food. We started with a test ride around Pokhara to get used to the motorbike. Suresh and his team deliver one of the most epic adventures that I believe is currently available in the world! The setting of Nepal offers amazing views of the Himalayas down to the jungles but that isn't even the tip of the iceberg of what Suresh offers. We participated in a 12 day adventure with 10 riders being meticulously cared for by 6 hosts. Suresh has put together such an amazing and caring team of individuals to provide an amazing experience. Beyond world class views and motorcycle riding, Suresh offers a deep dive into the culture of Nepal. Our tour included isolated Tibetan villages, visits with children at an orphanage, and high altitude single track riding. The experience can not even begin to be fully surmised by words or photographs as it affects every fiber of your being to be so deep into the history and culture of such a majestic place. I can, without any hesitation, recommend Suresh and his team if you have any desire to experience Nepal. I am a little jaded by my love of two-wheeled vehicles but this is the best way to see and feel the wonders that Nepal offers. Suresh, Raju, and Lhakpa (plus all the others) you are truly brothers to me and have changed my life!!

I rented a Himalayan 450 for 6 days. When I collected the motorbike, Bijay was incredibly helpful, friendly and flexible to my needs. The motorbike in question was in perfect condition and came with a full tank of fuel. I had all my own riding gear, but they had an impressive collection of riding gear available to rent at a very reasonable price. He even provided me with a spare spark plug for the motorbike, just in case, but as it happened the motorbike was faultless during the time I had it. The other Royal enfields he had for rent also looked in great shape and I would not hesitate to rent another motorbike from him again. The 450 was the perfect companion for my trip. Super comfy, confidence inspiring and an absolute joy to ride both on the road and on the dirt. I mostly explored the roads around the area, but i also rode from Pokhara to Muktinath and back again (over 200 miles) on one tank of fuel and the motorbike never missed a beat. I had my own itinerary, however Bijay offers custom tours to your needs, which can take you off the beaten track so you can have a truly unique experience if that's what you're looking for. Overall, the level of service and quality of machinery on offer is a cut above many other rental motorbike offerings I've had on my many trips to Nepal.

I walked around to every shop in Pokhara and this is the place! Rohan is an awesome and genuine guy who helped me get outfitted with gear, motorbike, permit, and route information. He made the whole process very streamlined and easy; setting me up with a beautiful new Himalayan scram. I did the lower mustang route solo in three days. The motorbike performed perfectly and i highly recommend this for anyone who wants an epic adventure into the Himalaya. So much conflicting information on this route but if you can handle some offroad and winding mountain passes then I'd tell you to just go for it. And stop in Marpha on the way up. I'm grateful to have found this shop and for all the support to encourage me to take the solo trip up to Muktinath. It was the best ride I've done.

I have been a regular visitor to Nepal for more than 25 years, and haven owned and ridden many motorcycles to all corners of Nepal, but mostly the RE old type Bullet. Now that I come here less often I borrow or rent motorbikes. Bijaj came to my favourite Bulletshop ( Raju) on his new 450 Himalayan an I could not resist having it for a few days on a group tour up to Nanting Gurung Village. Bijaj has a professional shop and small museum/ display ( I recognised some items), he did the paperwork and provided me with a printout necessary for motorbikes on rent, while I had a drink. The motorbike was performing very well on this mostly unpaved and very rough road. He was flexible with the availability, allowing me to return the motorbike next morning.
