- Cancel up-to 48 hours before pick-up and get a full refund.
- This motorbike requires a licence category A2, or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years old to rent it.
- A refundable security-deposit is required ( 450 € credit/debit-card, cash ) on pickup.
- This motorbike includes unlimited mileage per day in the price.
- Delivery/Collection services are for the The Island area, and discretionary.

The rental shop provides very good services, and the documentation process is easy and smooth. However, the waiting time for motorbike rentals is quite long and needs improvement. The return office timing should also be extended to late evening for better customer convenience. In addition, the receptionist who explained the process seemed to lack customer service experience. Proper training on how to deal with clients would really help improve the overall service quality.
