We rented a Honda PCX scooter for four days while staying in Keramas. The company’s website was seamless, and their communication was great. The service was great, we went there and made a reservation for the next day. We rented a Honda Vario 160. Scooter was very comfortable, suitable for longer distance with 2 persons (longest distance we did was 46 km one way). They have free delivery and pick up wich is very convenient. They couldnt make the pick up time, but it was not a problem at all. We could just leave the keys at the reception we didn’t have to wait for them. I would defenately recommend renting from them. A bit more expensive than a couple smaller shops but worth it defenately. For 5 days including insurance, helmets, phone holder and first aid kit (only pay if you use it) we paid €69,- total.
We were very satisfied with the transparent offer of the reservation system, the communication of the operator via WhatsApp and the professional approach of the gentleman in the office in Sanur. The scooters were in good condition and fully prepared for our great week long trip exploring the island of Bali. When returning, there was no problem with the operator on WhatsApp to arrange a later return at the airport. The willingness and customer care was exemplary. We felt safe in every way.
