Kibo K 250

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with the rental shop, easily one of the best rental services I've ever used. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The motorbikes were in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and ready to ride. You can tell they take real pride in their fleet. The customer service was on another level, with staff going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from helping me choose the right motorbike to making sure I was comfortable and confident before hitting the road. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a simple rental into a memorable experience. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be coming back!

Rented a KIBO250 two times in February and March, rode to Watamu and Kilifi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed two times, and they waited for me until 8pm. I will choose their motorbike again if I need to ride along the coastline. They provide motorbike pick-up and drop-off service too. Accept dollars and shillings. Overall, I had a very good experience with the rental shop.

The team at the rental shop were great. Easy to reach online and then by text, responsive and they personalized my service (e.g. mid day pick up, gear I wanted). The Kibo 250 cc motorcycle was a perfect size for the highway north of Mombasa (a lot of which was under construction) along the coast up to Malindi, as well as for the dirt and gravel roads during my visit to Takaungu. Riding in Kenya - scenery, condition of roads, driving culture - is a blast!

I hired a K250 for three weeks in June/July 2024. I did just over 3000km. I travelled from Mombasa up the coast to Watamu then north via Kitui & Embu to Nanyuki (where I trekked up Mtn Kenya). I then went to the Rift Valley via Nyahururu to Lake Baringo & then to Eldoret before returning via Lake Naivasha, Hellsgate & Longonot to Mombasa. The motorbike performed well on all road surfaces. I had three punctures (all rear). The rental shop arranged for a spare tube to be available in Nanyuki (given big size they are not easy to find). Clutch cable & chain will need replacing but they lasted ok for me. I found the rental shop supportive & responsive (on WhatsApp) throughout. They gave me a small discount on the total rental cost (due to longer period). I recommend them. My only advice is to carry spare tubes & tools. You'll need them.

A journey you will never forget, the motorbike is reliable and people are so nice.
