The scooter started jerking whenever the brakes were applied, along with a noticeable loud sound, which made the ride feel less safe and comfortable. I understand that I should have thoroughly checked the vehicle before taking it and reported any concerns immediately, so I can't entirely blame the team. However, it would really help if the vehicles are better inspected and maintained before handing them over to customers, as it ensures a safer and more reliable experience for everyone.
