Had my motorcycle clutch cable snap and contacted this towing company. They were very professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Special thanks to **Ming**, who not only handled the towing smoothly but also gave me helpful advice and even assisted me with adjusting my seat height along the way. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Highly recommended!

Rented a Yamaha XSR155 for a week from the rental shop. The staff there were very friendly and took care of everything by preparing the motorbike thoroughly before handing it over to me (washed it, even replaced the chain, etc.). It was a very smooth process when picking up the motorbike which took about 30 mins (mostly due to preparing the motorbike well, which I appreciated). They even shared tips and gave me some advice on the motorbike before I rode off. The motorbike was extremely reliable and I faced no issues riding it throughout the week. I really enjoyed riding it that I was kinda sad when I had to return it haha. Nevertheless, I fully recommend the rental shop to all new/experienced riders who need a motorbike for a while. Please feel free to ask them any questions you have as they are always willing to help. It's a good rental shop with some solid guys there.

My Rental Experience! (one week) Although this was months ago, I still want to share this wonderful first biking experience I had with the help of a staff member from the rental shop! He was very chill and kind throughout the renting process, on text he was very quick and straightforward with his replies. I had just passed my 2B license and was very excited to finally rent a motorbike to try for one week. On the day itself I arrived and he explained to me the policy and regulation stuff in detail, signed the documents and it was all settled and I'm good to ride away! The motorbike was already serviced, prepared and looked very clean. The whole process took less than 30 mins and he even assured me that I'll be fine, had a little biking life chat and he answered my novice questions in a friendly manner. After that one week it was a blast. Had a lot of fun and memories while riding with my friends. Sad that it has come to an end but all I had to do was to ride the motorbike back to the rental shop, park and I'm good to go. Thankfully nothing happened to me or the motorbike and I got back my deposit after 2 days as Saturday and Sunday weren't working days for them so if you don't get back your deposit on weekends you don't have to worry, you will get it on the next working day (Monday) and they will also drop you a text to notify you that they have transferred the deposit back to you. Once again thank you!

Rented the DRZ for a week and the entire experience was seamless! I made the request around 9AM, and the motorbike was delivered promptly by 11.30AM. It ran smoothly throughout the week with no issues at all and was in great condition. The team was efficient and reliable, I will definitely be coming back to rent again when I need a motorbike. Highly recommended!

really great experience renting from this place! the service was super friendly and smooth from start to finish. they’ve got a good range of motorbikes to choose from, and the one i rented was in great condition sturdy, smooth ride, and no problems at all during my rental. the motorbike ran perfectly the whole time, no breakdowns or issues. definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for an easy and reliable rental!
