I rented a Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 from the rental shop for two weeks in late May 2026. I'd been in touch via email with staff for over a year by then. I'd originally intended to rent a Himalayan 450. Being a shorter person, I asked for and they got a lower seat replacement for me. But even with that, the motorcycle felt too tall for me to handle safely. The staff offered me the 411 instead, which, even though it was still tall for me, I felt better about being able to handle after an hour-long test ride around the foothills in Zagreb's suburbs. This challenge of the motorcycle's height remained a recurring theme but part and parcel of a fantastic 12-day adventure down Croatia and Montenegro, and then back up to Italy and Slovenia. I had issues along the way - what motorcycle adventure doesn't? - but the staff was always available by phone or chat to provide solutions along the way. They had friends on my route who helped me. They helped me slow down and calmly deal with situations. I thought the rental rate was very reasonable. Pick up and handover were seamless. The rental shop team are friendly and supportive. They helped me have an adventure I'll remember for the rest of my life. Thank you to the rental shop crew.

I had a great experience with the rental shop. My trip around the Balkans with friends wouldn't have been possible without their help. They were very accommodating and helpful from the very first message, assisting with more than just the motorcycles to plan our trip. Despite flight changes, they adjusted plans to help us. All four motorbikes we rented were in great condition. Tires that needed replacing during the ride were also organized by the rental shop. The staff were knowledgeable and understood the challenges of motorcycle trips. Highly recommend them! If I visit the Balkans again, I will rely on this team. I regret not taking a photo with the staff during the busy times of collecting and returning the motorbikes.

Simply the best🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We rented four motorcycles from the rental shop, and the entire experience was excellent. All four motorbikes were delivered to us in amazing condition and performed perfectly throughout our ride. The team was great to work with, providing excellent communication and support during the trip. We rode from Croatia to Albania, Bosnia and Montenegro. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The staff is professional and provides all the help you need. We faced challenging roads which were not expected and damaged some of the motorbikes partly but even for that they did their best to make our trip joyful. Very good motorbikes, very well cared for and with full maintenance. Bikes are trouble free and very smooth. Make the reservation and leave the rest to the rental shop and have fun. Don't get into P15 in Montenegro; it does not exist.

TOP - the rental shop was my rescue, they saved my trip. I had a technical problem in the area of Zagreb, with my own motorbike. I called them and within about 2.5 hours I was on the road again with a BMW GS 1250 Ralley in top condition. And my own motorbike was brought to a service. They took care about my motorbike like it would be their own - although this is not the business - but this friendly help, like it is not given and cannot be expected. Svaka čast!! My recommendation, thank you bro;)

I rented a motorcycle from the rental shop for 6 days, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. I travelled across the Balkans through Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the whole experience was absolutely unforgettable. Perfect motorbike, perfect route, and amazing roads everywhere I went. Everything was smooth from start to finish - great communication, easy pick-up and return, and the motorcycle was in excellent condition. No issues at all during the trip, just pure riding pleasure every single day. The weather was incredible, the views were unreal, and it genuinely felt like one of those motorcycle bucket-list journeys you dream about for years. Highly recommended - this was more than just a rental, it was a full motorbike dream experience. 5 stars, easily 6 if possible.

We had an amazing experience renting a motorcycle from the rental shop! Everything was smooth from the beginning - great contact, very helpful and flexible. The motorbike was in perfect condition and we really enjoyed our trip. It was actually our first longer motorcycle trip and it couldn't have gone better. They delivered the motorcycle directly to our hotel and picked it up from there as well, which was very convenient for us. We came from Zadar to rent a quad for 3 hours and we were delighted! Great location for an off road adventure. I recommend asking the rental shop where to go to see the best places and take the most interesting route for the ride. The quad was in great condition and very easy to drive :)

I was in Europe for 2 weeks. The 5 days I spent on the motorbike were the best part of the trip. Rented the v-strom and rode down the coast to Dubrovnik. I took the highway back to Zagreb. The motorbike was in excellent condition and performed perfectly on the twists on the coast and on the open road on the highway. The rental shop made the process easy and provided recommendations along the way. The guys at the shop were friendly and easy to work with. If you're in Croatia and looking for adventure, call the rental shop and follow their lead!

A brilliant company to deal with, all our questions and requests were answered swiftly even before we booked. Our bikes were arranged to be picked up at the local Coach Station. As it was raining at our collecting time I phoned and asked if the bikes could be delivered direct to our hotel which was no problem. The bikes were in excellent condition and looked to be well serviced, the paperwork was carried out quickly. I would definitely use the rental shop again if I needed a bike in Croatia, 5 stars to the staff.

Rented a GS Adventure for a 10 day trip to the French alps from the rental shop. The whole experience, from start to finish was superb. The guys are quick to respond and helpful and the motorbike was well maintained and on good tires. I got the motorbike delivered from Zagreb to Ljubljana and this too was effortless and without any delays. Will rent from the rental shop again in the future :)

Five-Star Experience with Moto Franka Renta I recently hired a Honda Transalp 750 from Moto Franka Renta, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The motorbike itself was in excellent condition—well-maintained, reliable, and equipped with a top box and panniers, making it perfect for a touring trip. Communication was smooth and efficient throughout the process. We arranged both pick-up and drop-off in Pula, and everything went exactly as planned. Almir (the boss) was extremely helpful and professional, making sure everything was taken care of. We were met by Marco, who not only handed over the motorbike but also shared some fantastic local travel tips that really enriched our journey. A big bonus: they kindly looked after our suitcase while we were on the road, which made the entire process completely seamless. Great communication with the owner, everything was handled transparently. The scooter was in excellent condition. A big plus was that the deposit was returned immediately after we returned the scooter. The owner and his girlfriend were both very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Last minute rental of a Yamaha Teneree T7, the staff were great! From help with route planning to giving me a ride back to the hotel after returning the motorbike. The T7 was new, 2024 with only 5.000km on it. Full Givi luggage was offered but I only kept the top box as I was planning day trips. Rain put a damper on two of the riding days but I got in 250 miles. Exploring the back roads north of the city. In all a great experience! Wouldn't hesitate to rent from the rental shop again. Anywhere in southern Europe I'm sure they could set you up.

No one wants to read long reviews so tl;dr -> one of the best experiences I can remember. I did rent bmw900gs, got a lot of information early when and how motorcycle will be transfered, fast and reliable service. Took care of motorcycle like it was mine for a week, got instant return of security deposit. Motorcycle was in excellent condition with great panniers and top box.

Honest, friendly, professional and an all round great guy to do business with. I chose the rental shop because of its reviews and they offered a wide range of motorbikes - from street motorbikes to off-roaders and although it was a little tricky to find (its best to call in advance and then someone will meet you near the bikes) everything was simple and informative. The motorbike was really well maintained, great to ride and there is no km restriction! Let your heart run free! Just don't try to keep up with HR drivers ☝️😉😆 Thank you

We have had a 3 weeks-long wonderful motorbike trip around The Balcanes thanks to Moto Franka’s best combination of “hardware & software” for a very fare price: 1. Hardware: our motorbike was in excellent conditions and we didn’t have a single mecanic problem. Regarding motorbikes, this is crucial. 2. ⁠Software: since the very first email contact and all through the process of renting and then during the trip, Almir (owner) showed a very close and friendly approach, always making things easy for us with a kind disposition that we have never recieved before (this is our 4th motorbike renting experience in Europe) Conclussion: if you are looking for a good motorbike rental experience in Europe, you should definetely consider Moto Franka Rent Pablo & Victoria (from Chile) May 2025
