Following my experience at Planet Scooter, the manager kindly called me, and everything went smoothly. It's a joy to see that sometimes giving your opinion can be important in resolving certain situations, which was the case for me. The manager was truly lovely, and you were sorted out. A very bad experience at Planet Scooter. I bought a new scooter two years ago, which I had to bring back more than a dozen times because there were only engine problems. The fuel gauge no longer works, nor do the switches, nor do the turn signals, all the paint on the scooter is chipped, and so on. During repairs, they broke my license plate and the speedometer glass. The 12 or so times I was forced to bring it back, not having any other vehicles, I was charged for transport to the garage. And during my last call to say that once again something wasn't working and that I'd been asking for a year to have the fuel gauge repaired, which still hadn't been fixed, I got yelled at on the phone. I was basically annoying them, basically... They're all very nice in themselves, but my last call really put me off because, being in business, if I had fun yelling in my customers' faces when they called me with a problem, I think I would have lost my job a long time ago. My scooter continues to have problems, but since it's no longer under warranty, it's up to me to sort out the rest. In short, I stayed with them because I was very happy with the customer service, but following my last call, I'm sorry, I only have negative things to say to them.
